The very fact that the main concern of the Supreme Court Justices and those involved in determining the outcome of this case is that too many people might need an attorney is a true testament to how little value is given towards ensuring that the rights of the parties involved are honored.
The fact that this issue is even being debated should be enough to bring massive concern to anyone who may be in the position of losing their freedom as a result of a family court or family law ruling.
