Over the past several months, we have noticed a significant increase in website traffic for assorted reasons including events planned at our nation’s capital and breaking news not found in the mainstream media. As well, the public has been given access to reform initiatives, network capabilities and a wealth of research at no cost. Despite a dearth in monetary contributions, we continue to press on for the sake of families and children everywhere.
To continue this momentum, we will alter our focus somewhat to the individual ordeals facing parents across the country. Many of you have reported startling experiences and useful cases to accent the need for reform in America’s domestic relations courts. You need to be heard, and we need to get people assisting one another until official accountability is achieved. To be sure, we have confirmed scrutiny of our site by lawyers, judges and the media. However, vital reform remains ever elusive due to the vast money being made off of unsuspecting parents and children.
Since 2009, much of this website has focused upon Dr. Koziol and his efforts to educate the public to the intrusive nature of government and its damage to our childrearing liberties. Unfortunately, as a consequence, Dr. Koziol is facing higher levels of career backlash and message suppression than previously disclosed. This makes his work all the more unique, valuable and worthy of support. It is likely that additional litigation will be commenced in federal court on First Amendment grounds challenging the state’s scrutiny of this site.
In the meantime, an excellent opportunity exists to provide such examiners a real life picture of the damage they are causing to American society through a publication of your stories on this same site. I went to Family Court, Suffolk County, NY for enforcement of a Supreme Court stipulation/divorce decree, regarding where our child will reside while attending school during the school year… Let me tell you, after a four (4) day trial which was totally unnecessary I emerged from that trial twisted, upside down, confused, and convinced the Family Court system is littered with corruption. In Hine sight I truly believe the attorney I had representing me in this matter was working with my ex wife’s attorney in order for the Judge to change the stipulation/divorce decree. It’s mind boggling and no one will believe our experiences unless they have walked in our shoes.
I was forced to file an appeal against the Family Court Judges decision with the Second Department and you can only guess the outcome of that.
Divorce and child custody matters litigated in our court systems have only two purposes, greed, destroying families,

A short time before my Family Court trial commenced, I was sued personally by my ex wife’s attroney, Gary P. Field, Esq. Huntington, New York for defamation. My cross motion regarding this matter was granted by the court and the matter was dismissed for failure to state a cause of action. My attorney at the time failed to notify the Family Court Judge overseeing my custody matter as to the conflict my ex wife’s attorney personal defamortation law suit caused regarding the matter.
This is what I have to say at this moment and I have dozens of posts and hundreds of friends to back up what I am saying and things need to change now before any more children are lost. This is what I say to you, to him and to all of the governments of all of the nations of the world:
GIVE US BACK OUR CHILDREN! NOW!!!
Mr. President and all officers of the courts around the world: WHY ARE YOU LETTING PEOPLE WHO DON’T KNOW US JUDGE US AND TAKE OUR CHILDREN? Why are wars being fought around the world and there is no money for homeless mothers and children who have been destroyed by the devastation to the economy here in the US and around the world because all of the resources that should be put to rebuild the infrastructure of this country is being used to destroy the infrastructure of the world?
WHY do the banks own our homes and our business are now in bankruptcy because corporate giants get huge tax breaks and pay almost nothing for water and utilities and we pay the highest price for everything, AND NOW YOU LET THEM TAKE OUR CHILDREN BECAUSE WE ARE POOR? Why does the CIA AND OTHER GOVERNMENT SERVICES bring drugs into this country and distribute them to drug dealers and destroy our children before they are grown, and then they are jailed because they are involved in THE SOCIETY THAT OUR GOVERNMENT CREATED?
WHY are pharmaceutical companies making billions of dollars of profit off of drugs that addict and kill our children, our family and friends and our superstars AND THEY PAY NOTHING FOR THE RIGHT TO DEAL DRUGS TO AMERICANS and our youth, and they are destroying the very fabric of our society for profit… why, WITH ALL THIS SCREWED UP CRAP GOING ON AROUND THE WORLD, ARE YOU LETTING AN OBSOLETE SOCIAL SERVICES SYSTEM TAKE OUR CHILDREN AND GIVE THEM TO ABUSERS AND MOLESTERS AND KILLERS AND YOU PUT MOTHERS AND GRANDMOTHERS IN JAIL FOR FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHTS TO OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN? WHY, MR PRESIDENT, WHY, WHY, WHY… and don’t try to use the separation of powers and it’s not your job as an excuse.
IT IS YOUR JOB TO GET INVOLVED AND FIX THE PROBLEMS WHEN SOMEONE OR SOMETHING IS DESTROYING THIS COUNTRY, and you have a PLATE FULL OF PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES AND LOBBYISTS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE DESTROYING OUR PEOPLE AND OUR COUNTRY,FROM WITHIN!
