While Battling on Broadway, I found a lighter side to Parental Alienation: Enjoy the Show !

I know it may seem strange, that there is even such a thing as a lighter side to parental alienation or court corruption for that matter. But for followers of this advocacy site, Leon Koziol.com, there is always something to gain from the ordeals and reports here.

My exposure of family court corruption caused a loss of contact with my daughters for the past five years. A very ignorant and self-loving “custodial parent,” Kelly Hawse-Koziol, continues to treat her fabrications as true, the ones that were exploited by custody and support judges to exact revenge.

Like the energizer bunny Hawse-Koziol keeps on lying to her real victims, my daughters, with no concern for the vast damage she has caused them. What could this woman cite as a win of any kind given what could have been? The money she craved for so many years would have been earned many times the level available today.

Her fateful day will come as it has for so many others to date, those engaged in this horrific father replacement agenda. In the meantime, I continue to support my girls in whatever manner I can. I do not blame them for the perjuries and lifelong harm caused by this so-called “mother” who used them for her own selfish objectives.

Nevertheless, because so much of my reform work is carried out in Manhattan, I found a purpose of my own, this lighter side, when looking for ways that I can advance my girls’ educational and career interests.

My elder daughter hopes to attend college in the New York metropolitan area in a couple years and both of my girls are avid performers at school and summer musicals. In 2017, so impressed was I at one of their recitals that I delivered a large bouquet of flowers to the stage at its conclusion. I was then accosted verbally for that by the “custodial parent” and her mother.

In America’s family courts, dads are routinely placed on the defensive. It’s as if nothing we do is right. Then they wonder why so many give up and turn angry. Such discrimination keeps the child support flowing to benefit lawyers, court beneficiaries and state revenues.

As long as the corrupt family court continues to retaliate against me by giving Hawse-Koziol full control over my girls, there can be no true father in their lives, at least not until adulthood when, hopefully, we can be re-united and free from the persecution of these dysfunctional, money-driven tribunals.

I have discovered a piano bar just off Broadway which features talented performers. Many are either headed for stardom up the career ladder or on the back side after performing in some of the finest of musicals and theaters in the country here. A few boast of billboards along Broadway which once displayed their faces. I have provided segments now for your entertainment pleasure. No charge for admission to this show.

You will note parents taking videos of some who are barely out of high school. It’s one way that hopefuls get noticed and approached by talent agents in the audience. However, many aspiring teens are victims of parental alienation tactics. As such, they struggle to find their way here in New York City.

You will also see portfolios which these performers bring to the stage pianist. Extraordinary aspects of my visits to this place include the bartenders and wait staff who join the singers while working. It is a great way to make contacts just in case my daughters need them some day. They don’t teach that in school.

New York, New York: Enjoy the show!

Alarming Report calls on Federal Government to Investigate Serious Abuses in Divorce and Family Courts

donald-trump-family-1-e1450202853354
Donald Trump, his family and administration could win the hearts of America if they would act on a report submitted by Dr. Leon Koziol to top officials entitled:  Title IV-D of the Social Security Act: A Federal Funding Epidemic in America’s Divorce and Family Courts

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

It’s reached epidemic proportions: a federal funding program rewarding state judges by the number and size of support orders manufactured in our nation’s divorce and family courts. It has escalated to a point where moms and dads have been forced to name a superior “custodial parent” even when they are self-sufficient, cooperative and opposed to “custody wars” in these courts.

Known as Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (Child Support Standards Act), billions of dollars in performance based funding is awarded to the states each year, effectively federalizing domestic relations, incentivizing lucrative conflict, injecting financial bias among  judges in favor of the state against its own citizens and creating a gold mine for lawyers, politicians and bureaucrats.

It is a well concealed epidemic protected by bar associations and special interests which has led to costly social problems, from an over medicated society to a nation with the most imprisoned population in the free world. This report explains how it has all occurred through extensive research and how our new administration can “drain the judicial swamp” in these courts.

After 23 years as a successful civil rights attorney, and another ten years advocating for reform, I completed this report not as an indictment of my profession, although my adversaries like to defame it that way, but only as it fails a moral obligation to reign in vast injuries inflicted upon innocent children and parents duped into believing this is a legitimate system of justice.

In this area of practice, Title IV-D has ushered in what I call “fictional justice.” It has turned these family tribunals, once labeled “kangaroo courts” by a Supreme Court Justice, into profit centers with an ever-diminishing concern for the true “best interests” of our children. Entire college funds have been drained by unscrupulous lawyers concocting needless issues for fee purposes.

Over the past two weeks I have been in Manhattan promoting this report for funding and government action. Copies have been submitted through various reliable contacts to top officials of the Trump Administration. It is also being submitted to a congressional oversight panel to supplement one reviewed in 2016 during the prior administration. It is highly valuable as an expert resource for court proceedings, public hearings and amicus briefs to support any Supreme Court writ on the subject of family rights against the states.

This is a trillion dollar industry which parents must join to fight for the sake of our children and future generations. Unfortunately, the victims continue to be fractured, surfing the net for incompetent free things, crying about ordeals for therapy to no one who cares, and engaging in delusional reforms from the comfort of their home keyboards. It’s no wonder the carnage is escalating.

If you would like a copy of this report, kindly make a financial contribution to our cause on this site. I am also looking for serious minded parent advocates to deliver copies to their local representatives in Congress so that a federal investigation can finally be launched.

I have been inundated with individual war stories over the years without compensation on the assumption that I am directing some kind of free legal aid society. We are about long overdue reform and welcome those who have something meaningful to offer, i.e. an investor, valuable service or D.C. rally.

Feel free to contact me direct at (315) 796-4000.

Happy Thanksgiving to “Custodial Parent” Henrik Frederiksen !

Dr. Leon Koziol, Director of Parenting Rights Institute, recently  in Paris advocating for human rights on behalf of non-custodial parents

Administrator’s Note: This is the second of a three-part series we call the “Thanksgiving Trilogy.” With all the uncompensated work we have put into our joint reform efforts over the years, we have neither the resources nor the time to make it viral. We leave that to you, our fellow victims, tortured as you must be right now. So kindly pick one, pick them all, and make good therapy of your time by sending them out to the world. Send it to your representative in Congress or state legislature, a commission, good government group, your lawyer, even your parent “adversary” on this “thankless” family day. Maybe you’ll be very happy you did.

Okay, Hank, so they don’t celebrate Thanksgiving Day in Denmark. That’s where you proudly accepted that custody “award” from your Danish divorce judge. But who do you “thank” for that great honor today?

The mother of your child, Felicity, is dead. She took her life when you “denied” access to her infant child less than one year after your marriage in Malaysia. She jumped off a balcony in Copenhagen because she could not handle the separation. Only 33 years old, Hank, and a “brilliant” woman according to Oxford University in England where she was educated. Are you proud of your achievement? Or did you “abuse” your “power?”

Where does your child go for an explanation many years from now? What are you going to say Hank? Oh, she was “crazy?” Or should you accept that “honor” if you are any kind of an “honorable” human being? The world is now in awe over your stupidity and arrogance. Shouldn’t you and your judge be brought up on murder charges? Were the grave consequences of your foolishness really so unpredictable?

I have no more time for you, Henrik (“Hank”) Frederiksen. I will leave my fellow parent followers with yesterday’s post for details on your horrific conduct as a “custodial parent.”

Felicity Frederiksen was just another mom unable to cope with a custody order that prevented her from seeing her “baby daughter.” She recently jumped to her death from a balcony in Copenhagen, Denmark according to an inquest conducted in Hatfield, England on November 17, 2016. She left notes depicting her desperation during a divorce underway less than one year after her marriage in Malaysia.

To the judge, it was just another day on the bench, to the half pint gladiators just another day at the office inciting needless controversy for profit. To Henrik, the husband, it was a job well done on his political home turf. But to the infant and families, it was a preventable and horrific death which will forever haunt both “sides” of this custody war. Welcome to Western society’s version of civilized justice and a trillion dollar industry.

The 33 year old mother, a graduate of Oxford University, was described by The Times UK as an “exceptionally brilliant” scholar employed by the World Health Organization. She spoke four languages while my ex-wife struggles to get through one. How did this judge, surrounded by so-called “professionals,” miss the signs? How could anyone leave that court and not “honorably” take their own lives for causing such a despicable outcome?

I have compared these barbaric custody courts to the Roman Coliseum. Instead of a long suppressed and progressive shared parenting presumption, custody mandates still pervade our domestic courts due to their lucrative nature. In America, under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, our federal government actually rewards the states by number and magnitude of support orders manufactured through these custody mandates.

But in the end, does anyone really care? When a victimized dad burned himself alive in front of a New Hampshire family court in 2011, they simply hosed away his ashes into the sewer. Sorry Thomas Ball, no matter that you fought for your country or were a descendant of George Washington’s mom: no media editorials, no protests, no reform. Hey it’s just another dead parent, collateral damage of a lawyer enrichment program.

Over the past ten years I have literally saved lives as part of a reform effort against my profession in these courts. I sacrificed a lucrative law practice at the hands of criminals masquerading as judges and lawyers bent on preserving this gold mine called “family Court,” an oxymoron if there ever was one. As my followers know, the retributions were relentless and unconscionable after 23 unblemished years as a civil right attorney.

A veteran was saved moments before our Parenting Rights Conference in 2011, another one year later. A mom unable to cope with parental alienation was given hope in 2013, a lecturer was turned around that same year, a public safety officer stuck around in 2014, a fugitive mom described her attempts in 2015, and a doctor in 2016 was dissuaded over the phone just in time. One dad is now a fugitive in Israel after I helped prevent a disaster.

However the losses are more grievous. A radio host and dentist who interviewed me on Syndicated News in 2010 finally took his life in April after years of custody battles. Lawyers, psychiatrists (armed with their 300 disorder manual) and other court predators should be nowhere near any “family” court. “Visitation” is for funerals and prisons. War terms so common to a litigious society must be removed from child rearing processes.

Like anything, life saving reform will take money to achieve. Unfortunately the countless victims of this corrupt government enterprise would rather protest to each other from the comfort of their homes, keyboard warriors pontificating to no one of influence, an entire “base camp” of “talkers” who have achieved absolutely nothing and more likely have made matters worse. Our “donate” option continues to attract cobwebs on this site.

Recently I completed a Public Initiative Summary and Business Plan to attract serious minded reformists. My goal is to expand the effectiveness of our Parenting Rights Institute to expose misconduct where the political oversight committees are failing us, to save victims one family at a time. I no longer sponsor any conventions or rallies because the 20 or 30 people who show up only prove to the predators that there is no real problem to fear.

If you are serious about correcting this growing epidemic and its damage to our health, productivity and moral fiber as a nation, join our movement. You can even set up your own PRI satellite operation on any laptop to solicit donors, investors or purchasers of the PRI Court Program (you earn $50 for each successful referral). My goal is to become the “Judicial Watch” for our divorce and family courts. Feel free to call our office at (315) 380-3420 or me personally at (315) 796-4000.

Just Another Custody Court Suicide: Does Anyone Care?
