We Found Him! Judge James “Dweeby” Eby of Oswego Family Court

Judge James K. Eby of Oswego Family Court. You’ve got to admit, the cartoon and this guy really do look the same!

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

If you’re a regular follower of the parenting blog site, Leon Koziol.com, you probably recall seeing that cartoon judge we’ve posted from time to time, the one yelling down at some mom or dad, barking out orders on how we should raise our children. Some of you may have thought we were referring to my pedophile custody judge, Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677.

Or maybe you thought it was federal judge, Gary “Not-So” Sharpe of New York’s Northern District who announced a gene for making judicial decisions, one that would not be discovered by scientists for “another fifty years,” United States v Cossey, 632 F.3d 82. His bizarre concoction earned him a removal order from a higher court. These characters have all been exposed in my recent full page ad series during a family judge election.

No, it turns out we finally found this guy. He is a family judge in Oswego, New York named James “Dweeby” Eby. The nickname connotes his spineless nature in line with his chief judge in Syracuse, James “Bond” Tormey who was successfully sued for $600,000 by his chief family court clerk for improperly directing her to conduct “political espionage,” Morin v Tormey, 626 F.3d 40.

Yeah, hard as these cases are to believe, you learn about them here. We don’t make things up at www.leonkoziol.com. It led me to offer an early release version of my book, Satan’s Docket, a real world look at the corruption which is growing in our nation’s divorce and family courts. You can get a copy at www.parentingrightsinstitute.com along with other valuable fee saving services.

We also use the term “dweeby” because it assists in the pronunciation of the last name. Dweeby Eby is the 37th judge assigned to my 12 year originally uncontested divorce after so many predecessors were removed for bias, corruption or other reasons. He simply took up where disqualified judge “Kangaroo” King left off by continuing to harass me using my daughters in retaliation for my judicial whistleblowing activities. I have been kept out of their lives for over 1,500 days, nearly four years!

I have never been found to be unfit as a parent, no report has ever been made, let alone investigated by child protection agents, and I have never been accused of any crime or alcohol related incident. All offense petitions including King’s gag order were thrown out after I sued him in New York Supreme Court. Meanwhile heroin addicts were being reunited with their offspring.

The “dweeb” was not about to clean up the mess. He was simply going to show “who’s boss” by continuing with this judicial retaliation agenda. So evil was he, instead of conducting a teleconference like his predecessor judges, he forced the parties to make a 180 mile round trip to a family courthouse at Lake Ontario for arguments on a decision he had already completed. Pure harassment! And you taxpayers paid for the judge-appointed child attorney, William “F. Lee Billy” Koslosky.

In my book, I detail how Eby had it in his mind to finish me off once and for all. Here is the relevant closing paragraph of my last Chapter 22 titled “King Eby” in Satan’s Docket:

Although my girls live only a few miles away, I will continue to be denied interactions with them due to these sick conditions. We are entitled to genuine family relationships under our human rights laws. Recalling the way King Eby stared me down on that dreary morning in Syracuse, I could only imagine what he wanted to say regarding my crusade for justice. He reminded me of Emperor Commodus in that movie staring down the Gladiator after so many thugs were slain in defiance of tyranny at the Roman Coliseum. This petty tyrant in a robe probably wanted to say:

“What am I to do with you? You just won’t die!”

Court Corruption Book, Satan’s Docket, Registers Early Success

Well we got more good news today. After a two month review process, a major west coast publisher notified me today of its interest in Satan’s Docket. Last month a New York news organization requested the name of its publisher for a possible documentary.

Sales continue despite a limited local publisher. 300 copies are out and the book has yet to reach the shelves of bookstores although a book signing at Barnes and Nobles is being arranged. 20 copies were sold on the night of its release in local businesses, and on-line sales are still coming in.

In another twist, a book was apparently sold to my custody judge, Dan “Kangaroo” King, the one who disqualified himself last year after taking my daughters from me. He did so within three months of my testimony before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption.

There, at Pace University in Manhattan, I exposed fictional college degrees which Dan King used to force $45,500 in tax free support payments in one year alone without so much as a “thank you” from my daughters. I have been removed from their lives for the four years since. That testimony was published on government sites and remains on-line.

At the same time we have been promoting this book with full page advertisements. This early release process was undertaken when candidates for a family judge race in upstate New York were failing to address the horrendous picture in today’s courts. Tomorrow’s edition will be the best one yet. Check it out on-line or at the stores and coffee shops, Sunday, November 5, 2017 edition of the (Utica, New York) Observer Dispatch.

I know this book is having profound impacts because I get encouragements and compliments from a wide range of strangers who have approached me in the community since this process got started. They include bank patrons, police officers, working moms, political types and even divorce lawyers. I am also getting requests for lawyer referrals and judge evaluations. Check it all out tomorrow and get your book copy at www.parentingrightsinstitute.com.

More ominous proof of its impact occurred when I was nearly run over by a shiny black Cadillac while crossing a street to my regular Friday fish fry.  It was witnessed by a restaurant manager, and I am fairly certain of the identity of the driver as an investigation continues. Finally, as always, check out the extraordinary services we offer. We are not publicly funded and rely on your donations to continue our vital work. Kindly share this message.

Shocking Book Hopes to Ignite Parenting Revolution

Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry: A Mom and Dad story conceived in Paris

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

It’s been over two months since my last posting on April 6, 2017. I have been focused on completing my first non-fiction book on the subject of corruption in America’s divorce industry. It is an alarming documentary which I hope will elicit nothing less than a parenting revolution for the sake of justice, overdue reforms and our children.

It is a truly profound literary work based on ten years in the reform movement and more than thirty years in the courts as a trial attorney, civil rights advocate and aggrieved parent. For those of you familiar with my ordeal, this is a must-read with immense educational value.

It was a project started in November, 2014 shortly after the Family Law Reform Conference sponsored by Dr. Joseph Sorge and Divorce Corp. in Washington D.C. It was during a flight to Paris where I was seeking to get international human rights agencies involved. In fact, Joe and I talked on the phone while in different parts of Europe engaged in the same mission of reform.

Some excerpts were published on this site in the spring of 2015 but they do not begin to reflect the caliber or quality of the finished product. Its completion was motivated by former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno. In his book released this past November entitled, Keep Swinging, Joe chronicled thirty years of corruption, but he blamed the criminal prosecution against him, in part, on apathy of the people to seek reform and justice.

Joe Bruno is quoted in my first chapter, one that I intend to reprint on this site on Fathers’ Day to give you a preview of the truly remarkable content which follows, 100,000 words altogether. At present, I have two publishers under consideration as I await a hopeful offer from a world class company. This was a phenomenally complex project.

Due to its compelling nature, there are footnotes and references throughout to back up my case for a federal investigation into Title IV-D funding and the corruption it has brought to our court systems and families. This is without question the most suppressed and censored epidemic of our day. My literary release aims to expose it so that serious protests will begin across the country.

When a model parent and judicial whistleblower is prevented from seeing his daughters on Fathers’ Day without any report of unfit behavior, not even an accusation of any criminal wrongdoing, while heroin addicts are being reunited for Mothers’ Day, it’s time to take serious action to a level never seen before.

With the completion of my twenty chapter manuscript, I will be making uncensored (raw) versions available on this site at a reduced cost of $20. Actually, the raw version is more valuable than the later published version which will be edited to exclude some material which could save litigants thousands of dollars in fees and court costs.

The book is bifurcated into two parts. The first (macro) part is largely a collection of stories from across the country obtained over the past ten years. Some are familiar, others are astounding, many are anonymous to protect the victims, but all of them make this a rapid-fire, page-turner. You or someone you know may even be in it.

These stories are conveyed not with depressing regurgitation but flavored by romance, humor, education and situations familiar to any parent in these courts. They come from both dad and mom perspectives with the latter derived from one I met in Paris. Hence it has international appeal even beyond English-speaking countries while touching upon most divorce and family court subjects, from custody and support to domestic violence and judicial misconduct.

The second (micro) half is a chronology of my personal ordeal. No one truly knows the full scope of persecution I endured for taking a conscientious stand against my profession. It’s the price I paid to make family courts more child-friendly and less lawyer-rewarding. This half is likely to attract lawyers, judges and politicians most because it contains renditions of high profile litigation contrasted by sweet stories about children which are sure to capture the heart.

There has never been a publication like this. If successful, it is my intent to start a new book about a victimized father in New York City and finish one about a mom in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. These are highly challenging assignments because no one wants to read about a he-said, she-said harangue in an isolated family case. Even Alec Baldwin was a failure in his book, A Promise to Ourselves, eight years ago. Media reports focused on his suicide attempts.

I apologize to all those callers I have not been able to help during these past six months of focused energy. I bear no animosities to anyone I may have offended along the way. Instead I am appealing to all fellow parents and court victims to join me in a reform effort to impact future generations. I truly believe that this book is the fateful reason for my suffering and sacrifices. They were not in vain after all. I will close with a relevant excerpt:

There were too many years of censorship by the Third Department (licensing and appeals court) which I compared to the Third Reich in my filings. True story. No mention was made of any of this in its reinstatement decision. I was simply responding with the same, if not greater level of boldness to government abuse, hence yielding a clear explanation behind the retaliation which was so severe and unjust.

So if you’re still here reading this, you’re in good company. My work has been monitored by judges, politicians, investigators, doctors, lawyers, maybe even an Indian chief. I got the interest of Donald Trump’s chief counsel in 2016. As stated, a family court gag order on my website was removed after I challenged it in New York Supreme Court. Seven website postings were attached in their entirety to a confidential ethics report. Never once was I charged or sued regarding them.

How can you hold your judge or lawyer accountable for misconduct?

cartoons
A picture tells a thousand words in divorce and family court

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Judicial misconduct is the most censored, least publicized and gravest aspect of our federal, state and local governments. You can simply ignore it and move to your next on-line entertainment, but chances are it will find you especially in our nation’s domestic relations courts. So read on and share this post. It may be the most important one you will read in a long time.

The judiciary is our least accountable branch of government. Anyone who dares to reform it can expect severe retributions with no recourse. Judges enjoy absolute immunity for their reckless and even malicious acts. Judicial conduct commissions from New York to California are window dressing entities influenced by politics, typically investigating less than 10% of complaints.

So what does that mean to you? How do you know if your case is not already fixed, rigged or bought-off? You’re spending thousands, even millions of dollars in lawyer fees while your judge has already decided against you due to a bribe or political influence. Are you shocked by that, naive about the people in robes? Well here at Leon Koziol.com and Parenting Rights Institute, we have generated shocking examples of judicial and lawyer misconduct from our work all across America.

We are an up and coming “Judicial Watch” for divorce and family courts, doing the work where our oversight commissions are failing us. Currently we are soliciting investors and donors to upgrade our effectiveness. We will come into your community, home or court to monitor your case and seek accountability for any misconduct. As Director of Parenting Rights Institute with nearly 30 years of trial experience in both federal and state courts, I am dedicated to exposing corruption. It may be the only way you can secure true justice and turn things around.

We offer a Court Strategy Program to keep you from being abused and a team of experts prepared to expose corruption in your case if it exists. It is well worth your while, for the sake of your children if nothing else, to look us up at www.parentingrightsinstitute.com or call our office at (315) 380-3420. Then take a look at this shocking excerpt of misconduct from a book I am completing:

Examples of court corruption are provided throughout my work for victims nationwide. Many are quietly suppressed and “read like a docket sheet in any criminal court.” That is what I declared publicly time and again. Yet the public continues to hold judges beyond reproach. The fallacy of that belief was well demonstrated by my custody judge who was also declared by lawyers as  “beyond reproach,” at least until he was removed from the bench after admitting to sexual misconduct on his handicapped five year old niece: In re Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677 (2013).

One of the shocking cases cited to make my point, and the need for meaningful accountability, involves a New York Supreme Court Judge in Brooklyn caught on camera taking a bribe from a divorce lawyer. It was part of a scam to shift custody from a mother to an influential father. Had the feisty mother not convinced the FBI to act upon her evidence, this judge, Gerald Garson, would still be dispensing “justice.” It begs the question: how many other such judges and cases are there? What can explain Tamara’s bizarre case? We let you decide as our story continues.

The conviction of Judge Garson for federal crimes was actually not the most shocking part of his case. Due punishment was compromised by judges and lawyer colleagues supporting his early release in 2009. Now you have to ponder that for a moment. If Garson’s colleagues are still backing him after a crime which goes to the heart of our justice system, what does that say for their tolerance of corruption generally? Isn’t this where precedent is set and examples are made?

While the “Honorable” “Justice” Gerald Garson was busy generating unreported income through an abuse of judicial office, another New York Supreme Court Judge, Thomas Spargo, was busy securing a bribe against a father arguing a client case before him. At a dinner conversation, he requested $10,000 to help defray the cost of legal fees needed to defend against judicial misconduct charges pending against him at the time.

Like Judge Garson, you have to ponder that as well. Judge Spargo was already being prosecuted for judicial misconduct and resorted to more serious behavior to get out of it. He referenced this lawyer’s own divorce which might be transferred to him. The pressure was not uncomplicated. Play ball or else. I suppose the lawyer could have won his divorce for a nominal “fee” to this judge when compared to a contested case. He was placed in a real quandary, deciding ultimately to report the crime only after taking steps to avoid false claims that could cost his law license.

Chief Justice Sol Wachtler of New York’s high court was imprisoned for numerous crimes during the nineties. In his book, After the Madness, he explained that judges are made to believe that they are gods. Such deep rooted convictions do not disappear. Judge Wachtler went so far as to direct paid court staff to dig up grounds for preventing licensure of a New Jersey lawyer assisting the judge’s mistress to discover a man making extortionist and kidnapping threats involving her daughter. That elusive man turned out to be the judge himself.

Then there’s that family court judge in the state of Michigan, the “Honorable” Wade McCree, whose case defied all manner of ethics. He admitted to adulterous sex in chambers with a litigant mother while presiding over her child support case. Judge McCree was removed from the bench for all sorts of misconduct involving numerous cases only after the affair (and pregnancy) was confirmed. The father, placed on a tether for support arrears during this affair was denied recovery for the horrific misconduct by a federal appeals court on grounds of judge immunity.

These and other cases are easily found on the internet to verify a judicial corruption epidemic of undefined proportion. Most people view judges as honorable office holders committed to justice, equality and all that other good stuff we read about in high school civics classes. But behind the black robes, in the recesses of chambers and among discreet exchanges in restaurants, bars and golf courses, there is often quite another set of characteristics at play.

Bias, coercion, schemes, scams, deal-making and outright crimes are taking place which violate all manner of ethics formally placed in our judicial codes. In our nation’s domestic relations courts, such corruption is taken to the next level under a pretext of family confidentiality, thereby concealing the misconduct and protecting a trillion dollar industry built on needless conflict.

Is your public servant in our Third Branch of Government observing his or her ethical duties under Judicial Codes to be “Dignified, Courteous and Patient” with your rights?

So you have a shocking case that reeks of injustice. What are you going to do about it? Just let it vanish without even a mention in any public record? Such apathy will only encourage more of the same, more victims and more brazen abuses of public office. Obviously our ethics commissions are not doing their jobs as part of a self-regulating branch of government. Therefore you have to rely on a private watchdog group.

Welcome to the Parenting Rights Institute and our highly monitored blog site Leon Koziol.com. Proven, experienced and highly qualified, we act where the commissions are failing us; reviewing, investigating and reporting on individual cases across the country. We do this through books, documentaries, reports and monitoring of individual cases in the very courtrooms where it is needed.

Due to positive feedback, we are now extending our period for publishing individual ordeals on this website, to attract vital interest, assistance, information and public accountability for you and similarly victimized parents. We’ve been around a long time, securing justice for those  abused in our nation’s divorce and family courts. Our website proves this throughout.

We feature a worldwide following, thousands of victims, advocates and informants who could provide input and collaboration to your case or cause. So it’s for your own benefit, and that of your children and families, that you read on and share this vital message.

Never before in American history have there been so many corrupt judges and unscrupulous lawyers without accountability. The reason is simple. Our universities are turning out a million lawyer candidates a year, at one time more than all the practicing attorneys nationwide. There are more than 300,000 in California and New York alone.

That’s a lot of lawyers and they have to work somewhere. The easiest place to land a job is family court. This is where apprentices learn their trade, where law firms send their worst attorneys, and incompetents make a living off your hard earnings. They still use such propaganda as our “children’s best interests” while they masquerade as parental experts.

The ones who can’t make it in this glut-fest often end up on the bench. Once there, another gang of predators is unleashed from their cages: evaluators, psychiatrists, counselors, therapists, investigators, case workers, and even the latest concoction known as “divorce coaches,” all with differing opinions on how to raise your own children.

It’s more than a jungle, it’s now an epidemic. A Supreme Court Justice once described these constitution-free tribunals as “Kangaroo Courts”, see In re Gault, 387 US 1 at pp 27-28. No one wants to protest or invest in a reform movement, so the corruption goes on and you are its victims, a gold mine well guarded by bar associations and special interests.

Well, finally there is a real solution, a remedy to these useless ethics or oversight commissions which favor their players while targeting the whistle blowers, i.e., yours truly. It’s pay-back time for your children, your pain and your livelihood, a chance for you to hold a judge or lawyer publicly accountable here at Leon Koziol.com.

Over the past ten years, we have exposed vast corruption, traveled from Hawaii to Paris in a conscientious effort to end human rights violations which routinely occur here. Our site is filled with examples despite a gross lack of funding. I have had over 35 trial judges disqualified and helped remove a few altogether from the bench, always working on more. No one can boast such an achievement.

Now it’s your turn. We have perfected a process of reviewing case files submitted from around the country. We distill the legalese into publications on our website. To date, we have generated over 200,000 views and countless followers worldwide. This allows us to gain immediate results on any Google search of our tagged villains. Their names propagate to the top pages to bring public accountability and even improved treatment in court..

For a limited time only, we are offering to do this for individuals at a low, low (total) cost of $250. That’s a phenomenal bargain when considering a single lawyer consultation may cost you more. Your case will receive my personal attention, and I have spent over 30 years litigating in these courts. I can keep this cost so low because I am providing no legal advice or lawyer service. I am providing true justice outside the court rooms.

So order your case publication now while this offer lasts. Call our office at (315) 380-3420 or me personally at (315) 796-4000. Remember, I am a victim too and your most trusted advocate or friend. Despite my professional reputation taking on powerful people, I don’t bite, unless of course you are an abusive judge or self-serving lawyer. In my case, they included a demented judge whose gag order was removed from this website and a pedophile custody judge removed altogether from the bench!

Please share this post with fellow victims or family members, and make their day.

God bless America’s parents !

Introduction

Welcome to Kangaroo Chronicles, Part Two. It’s actually an upgraded version of Part One: “Daddy’s Got A Gun, What’s He Gonna Do?” It may be lengthy for some but could save you greater time spent on needless court battles and the extensive fees which go with it.

The added content also answers questions which came from the original version and contains valuable lessons to better manage your own cases. You can learn much from our recent three part series. We are available to assist you in your own complaints to regulatory and law enforcement agencies or book publishing needs. Call our office at (315) 380-3420 or Leon direct at (315) 796-4000 for further information.

Administrator’s Note:

Welcome to Kangaroo Chronicles, our third in a series of posts directed to our nation’s divorce and family courts. In our first series, King’s Chronicles, we gave you an inside look at how government power is abused by self-serving judges such as Dan King in Lowville, New York. In Kendra’s Chronicles, we showed how a money oriented family court can harm innocent children and third parties.

In this series, we bring you shocking revelations to prove how civil rights advocate Leon Koziol is being targeted by the state to censor his free speech. This six year witch hunt against him includes three ethics lawyers in Albany, New York who committed civil rights violations and were fired in 2013 for falsifying time sheets (with no public charges ever brought against them).

On the family end, the retaliation includes a custody judge in Syracuse removed from Leon’s case in 2011 and from the bench altogether for admitting sexual misconduct upon his handicapped five year old niece (who in her adult capacity is supporting Leon’s reform efforts). It also includes a court appointed attorney for Leon’s children, William Koslosky, who abused tax dollars to punish those efforts with false sworn statements made on behalf of Leon’s children.

This opening segment regarding child attorney William Koslosky takes the dysfunction of New York’s family courts to Kangaroo levels. So absurd has it become that Abe Fortas could be rocked from his grave (Supreme Court member who described these forums as Kangaroo courts). Indeed William Koslosky’s rants and antics could be featured in “Ripley’s Believe It Or Not” but there is nothing entertaining about the damage he caused to his so-called “clients.”

What could two little girls in grade school know about Koslosky’s hidden agendas? They were there to be exploited for purposes of harming their dad as a messenger of reform. It is about as sick as any government can get. But when these two “clients” come of age, one heck of a lawyer malpractice action will easily pay for their college educations. This is especially true now that their dad’s income has been maliciously harmed by their lawyer contrary to any logical benefit to them. It may even cause you to consider a malpractice action for your own children.

Since 2010, we’ve brought you real life stories that get more shocking with each passing year. We’ve also backed them up with solid proof and later vindications. But you’ll have to brace yourselves on this one. It really did happen and should cause every parent to look into the backgrounds of the lawyers for their childen. Such appointments are made without any input or permission from those who know these “clients” best.

Daddy’s Got A Gun, What’s He Gonna do?”

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

This is a question put before a New York judge, one of more than 30 assigned to my family matters since an uncontested divorce was turned into a political spectacle following my run for Congress in 2006. Some judges were removed on my motions for bias, others stuck around long enough to do damage until their misconduct was exposed and a few are no longer on the bench.

It was put before Syracuse family judge Martha Walsh-Hood, an anti- father jurist from a very political family. It came during closing argument by an attorney named William Koslosky, re-appointed by her to represent my children. Prior to his gun harangue for narcissistic reasons, I had gotten permission to exit proceedings that had turned into a one sided circus. I discovered the gun reference in a later transcript.

However the question did not concern me. I have never owned a gun and would not know how to use one. It was directed at Koslosky’s own dad and it occurred during a  family dispute about red skin potatoes more than 50 years earlier at the Koslosky dinner table. Yes you’re reading that correctly and, okay, I know what you’re going to say: what’s this got to do with Leon, his girls or a custody case in 2009?

Good question. The answer starts with the difference between our medical and legal professions. Bar associations have opposed specialty designations, leaving the public to chance the qualifications of an attorney in a particular area of litigation. In Koslosky’s case I had been making the argument that he had no marriage or children to give him a background for representing children. In addition he was abusing our tax dollars to concoct lucrative conflicts.

To overcompensate for these defects and a physical disability, he took out his childhood experiences on my little girls by creating drama to harm their dad in any way possible. Forget the clear ethical misconduct, the moral depravity was sufficient to warrant Koslosky’s removal and ethics charges at the very least.

But the appointing judges were delighted by all this as it fit in with their agenda for punishing my reform efforts. They kept him in place for seven profitable years connecting with his arguments as if they had pre-planned them. These judges went to extreme lengths to overlook his abuses of our court system.

In Judge King’s court, for example, Koslosky was appointed to my support case as recently as February, 2015 despite his earlier removal by another judge for counter-productive involvement. This will now escalate drama to levels completely beyond the jurisdiction of a support matter.  It also shows how misconduct is rewarded when you play the game.

So when it came time for William Koslosky to justify himself, he went off on a rant about his personal life having nothing to do with the case he was being paid for. Worse yet, Judge Walsh-Hood did nothing to contain his harangue. But in a bizarre twist, Koslosky did much more damage here by evincing a childhood disorder and personal hatred for his own father which obviously played out not only in my case but upon countless other unsuspecting fathers and children.

Prior to his commitment to federal prison, New York’s top jurist, Chief Justice Sol Wachtler stated in an often cited opinion that you can indict a ham sandwich under the laws of this state. While on the bench he directed court staff to investigate a lawyer to harm his law license because he was getting too close to the judge’s mistress. That sort of demented misconduct and sandwich analogy apply with greater abuses in lawyer ethics where guilt is easily found on a substandard level of proof and no jury right.

Koslosky’s misconduct was ratified by his employer courts through their inaction alone, and that makes a mockery of justice in all my cases. It warrants an investigation by the U. S. Justice Department because a self regulated state system will manipulate the rules to extinguish a critic while protecting their own. My case is exactly that, and many more exist around the country which should move the American public to protest inasmuch as these are the forums where justice is supposed to be served, not crushed.

I was unblemished for over 23 years. Suddenly, after my reform efforts started, everything about me was bad with every move scrutinized to absurdity on a pathetically vague “fitness” standard which no lawyer could survive. And the damages are not unlike the Kids for Cash scandal in Pennsylvania which resulted in the reversal of 4,000 juvenile convictions well after the damage was done.

It’s one thing to advocate for children, not your own, with no relevant background, but quite another to take out your childhood disorders upon infant clients and their fit, loving dads. It gets more bizarre when you take a look at Koslosky’s statements in their greater context. You have to consider yourself an attorney or concerned mom or dad when you read this. Here is what he stated:

“One thing that I remember is disagreement between my mom and my dad. My dad was a policeman and one day he came home and he was mad because we didn’t have red-skinned potatoes and all that she could say is we have Yukon Gold and I was terrorized. I’d never seen dad arguing like this and, my God, he’s in the police uniform with a gun. What is he going to do? So I went to the store to get red-skinned potatoes and I don’t like Yukon Gold.”

Come again?! Where’s the “smoking gun” here, pardon the pun. Koslosky’s dad was a police officer who in the day probably kept his gun at his side especially when assuring the security needs of a family which could be threatened in this line of duty. The aged ingrate son should have known this when he defamed his dad so long after his passing. As for different kinds of potatoes, how does this lead to a conclusion that mom was in danger?

Even assuming those fears were real in Koslosky’s mind at the time, why are they being brought up in a custody case involving another family 50 years later? The obvious answer is that William Koslosky was concocting billable hours at taxpayer expense and  endeavoring a connection of some kind that only a psychiatrist could figure out. Lots of luck doctor!

Clearly something else occurred in Billy’s childhood which is being kept from the court. The impacted litigants and children are entitled to know more about this proffered event which their lawyer felt was so important to them. In this case, we taxpayers are also paying that lawyer to abuse court appointments for the suppression of free speech and citizen reforms.

A report is currently being prepared for Justice Department review in light of the Walter Scott murder and my ordeal here which details the foregoing civil rights violations and court corruption. It will include conclusive proof of a scheme by William Koslosky to lodge sworn papers with false factual assertions that I had filed motions to have my law license reinstated in family court (giving the impression of incompetence).

There was no such motion in the court record anywhere. Not only is this a serious abuse and fraud upon our courts, disregarded by New York’s attorney and judicial authorities, but it harmed the “clients” who rely on me for income and their family reputation. When nothing was done to remedy this grave injustice, Koslosky lodged more false sworn statements.

To think that our public authorities could overlook such a serious matter is in line with the governor’s dismantling of his Moreland Commission on Public Corruption just as the investigations were implicating his office and other top officials later prosecuted by the Justice Department. The federal investigations implicate prominent judges and law firms. Should this surprise any of us?

Deranged Child Attorney William Koslosky Immunized From Serious Misconduct Due To Participation In Witch Hunt Against Civil Rights Attorney And Parent Leon Koziol

In Kendra’s Chronicles, we showed how a money oriented family court can harm innocent childen and third parties.

One thing that I remember is disagreement between my mom and my dad. My dad was a policeman and one day he came home and he was mad because we didn’t have red-skinned potatoes and all that she could say is we have Yukon Gold and I was terrorized. I’d never seen dad arguing like this and, my God, he’s in the police uniform with a gun. What is he going to do? So I went to the store to get red-skinned potatoes and I don’t like Yukon Gold.

Kendra’s Chronicles III: Apathy Can Cost You Life, Liberty And Child In Family Court.

Administrator’s Note:

This is our third in a series we call  “Kendra’s Chronicles” designed to convey a personal side to this war on parents, children and families in our nation’s domestic relations courts. The reader is encouraged to review the opening segment posted on April 21, 2015 for background.

An earlier series entitled “King’s Chronicles” exposes the misconduct of a family judge in Lowville, New York by the name of Daniel King. His behavior may be compared to your own experiences but in Leon’s case, power was abused to censor speech, reform efforts on this site, testimony before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption and civil recourse under the American Constitution.

(Testimony of Leon Koziol, J.D., before the New York Moreland Commission on Public Corruption at Pace University on September 17, 2013. Leon’s eye-opening presentation can be viewed at approximately the 2 hours, 31 minutes and 45 seconds mark:)

Injuries to Leon’s livelihood, licenses and family relationships compelled him to seek justice on a broader scale in Paris, New York, Washington, Nashville, Charlotte and Charleston, South Carolina where an unarmed father was shot dead fleeing from a child support warrant. This month, Leon was invited to Southern California to help expose corruption in that state.

Our domestic courts have become so draconian in their practices that good parents are now seeking shelter in foreign countries. It was a common report in Leon’s travels. One father resisted by setting himself on fire in front of a courthouse in Keene, New Hampshire, a police investigator took his life and that of his ex spouse leaving three childen without parents in Utica, New York, and countless fathers working under the table show that lawlessness is escalating. This is government oppression of the worst kind because children are being exploited.

It is also insidious because the abuses are being carried out in the forums where we expect justice to be served with equal treatment under the law. Unfortunately the ominous trends and ugly facts have been suppressed or misrepresented to the public because court conflicts have generated a trillion dollar industry.

Welcome to Hillary Clinton’s Village, a socialist court structure envisioned by our former “Secret-ary of State” in the nineties (discussed in our opening post). In light of her secret, even treasonous government e-mails and latest scandals involving the Clinton Foundation (rewarding the rich for their contributions), we must ask ourselves, who is this candidate purporting to serve as our next president? Is there anything left that we can trust about her?

Here at Leon Koziol.com, we’ve been exposing corruption and cautioning moms and dads about the costly calamities which await us in Hillary’s New World Order. Time and again we have been proven correct. The murder in Charleston is only one example of a growing crisis. Today we continue this series with a look at how money corrupts and turns family court into the ultimate oxymoron.

Child Support is Harming The Children That Were Supposed To Be Benefited In Family Court.

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

You can’t throw everyone in jail who violates a family court order. We are already the most imprisoned nation in the free world. But as we all know, such orders are being violated all the time in communities across America. So if a guilty party is not thrown in jail, the judge simply takes his ego out on the parents, children and innocent families. Lawyers and third parties profit immensely.

This unprecedented form of injustice is occurring because government was never intended to raise children, at least not under our Constitution, and judges are ill equipped to direct the countless styles of parenting we find in America. But they do it anyway for money, political and career purposes, employing a wide range of costly “experts” and leaving us to make sense of  the confusion and disasters which naturally follow.

Walter Scott learned this the hard way after numerous stints in jail for child support. It was a cycle of debt not unlike the kind that can confront any American citizen, and it landed him in a cage. Most people suppressed under our current governing structure remain incredulous when we report that monthly obligations continue to accrue when a father is imprisoned or denied various licenses. How can they ever get out of debt everyone asks.

Indeed our current federal child support laws take indentured service to a whole new level of absurdity. Ultimately Walter’s bills got him murdered by a cop without commission of any crime. As I explained to a New York Times reporter while in Charleston, nearly 100% of these jailed debtors are men. In my March 1, 2015 report “We Are Fathers,” which was given to her after our discussion, I predicted the high impacts upon minorities and veterans.

The same New York Times reporter, however, followed with a story this past week which excluded these crucial facts. Instead she preferred information from another source citing that one eighth of all inmates in South Carolina are there for back child support. This is additional proof of the information censorship which is occurring here as I have emphasized over the past eight years. And so the band plays on. More deaths, suicides and child injuries will follow unless we victims finally take a stand.

Think about it: one-eighth! That’s one heck of a lucrative debtors’ prison we’re creating in America. Recall earlier posts here at Leon Koziol.com regarding the “Kids for Cash” scandal in Pennsylvania which  landed two judges in prison and the reversal of 4,000 juvenile convictions. If you don’t believe a crisis is already upon us, you’re living in a fairy land, not the quaint kind once enjoyed by my girls in Kendra’s Chronicles II,” but a real life kind which causes children to lose their dads for no good reason.

If you’ve been following our stories in both chronicles, then you know how I lost my children, livelihood and licenses because of a stand that I took against this corrupted family court enterprise. It’s a sacrifice I was forced to make not unlike the ones by Susan B. Anthony and Martin Luther King. However my ordeal continues to escalate as I refuse to back down.

In 2005, when the separated parents in my children’s lives worked out their own agreements, everything was promising. But when lawyers, judges, “experts” and federal support laws intervened, my girls were irrevocably harmed for the sake of the almighty dollar. Before their arrival,  “mommy” declared to the world that her children’s “hearts belonged to daddy.” Today she is declaring that he belongs in jail, a false and highly inflammatory declaration.

This is what money can do in today’s divorce and family courts. In our next segment we will show you how the Nile River flows south and what happens when greed combines with ignorance to enrich this system even further.

Leon Koziol in Charlotte for President Obama’s Town Hall Meeting to Share Counter-Report with Media

ImaginOn Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. site of today’s town hall meeting with President Barack Obama

Administrator’s note: Leon has concluded his Charleston trip and spent the day in nearby Charlotte, North Carolina where President Barack Obama was engaged in a question-answer session with women’s rights activists. Here is Leon’s report:

I came to Charlotte this afternoon to exploit another gathering of national media at the ImaginOn Center on East 7th Street. The president was here to answer questions on the subject of women’s issues including equal pay and child care. He arrived at 2:30 and was gone a little more than an hour later.

President Obama’s trip was highly controlled and scripted. Barricades were set to keep the general public as far away as possible from the building with police cars and large utility trucks blocking off street access two blocks away. If there were any protesters, he would not have noticed them.

This media event was nothing like the ones in Charleston that evolved by the minute. The session itself was not open to the public, and it was not clear that anything was accomplished by such a costly trip. A visit to nearby Charleston could have been added to this itinerary given the growing crises developing over a black father shot to death by a traffic cop to enforce a child support warrant.

For what it’s worth I was there to make a stand for abused, discriminated and killed fathers by sharing my report “We Are Fathers” with national media. Had our efforts been financed a fraction of the amounts given to the hosts of this  “town hall meeting” as it was called, a similar event could have been staged to gain meaningful reforms in our nation’s family courts.

For this very reason, financing remains the principal theme of my report. While the people inside were lamenting the figure of 83 cents earned by women for every dollar earned by men, no one anywhere was lamenting Census Bureau reports that continue to show that 83% of people paying child support are men.

Interestingly the sponsors of this town hall meeting were a digital media corporation and women’s blogger network. According to its website BlogHer Inc. doled out $36 million to women bloggers for the purpose of influencing social media. Is this what it takes to get the president’s attention? If so, we need to do the same. That’s why I released my report and  I’m asking all our followers to help us out.

Leon Koziol Featured on Charleston Television For Fathers’ Rights

Attorney Malik Shabazz, national president of Black Lawyers for Justice demands justice in Charleston

Administrator’s summary; if you’ve been following recent posts on this site, then you know that Leon has been in Charleston, South Carolina this past week advocating for fathers’ rights in connection with the Walter Scott murder. He has been working diligently to shift government and media focus from the race aspects of this horrendous incident to the family court abuses which triggered it.

To that end he has been distributing his report made public last month in Nashville entitled “We Are Fathers” to civil rights leaders and government representatives. His progress reports can be found here at Leon Koziol.com, a site devoted to family law reform. After vocalizing his concerns before national media, Leon was featured on Charleston television yesterday.

As we become educated to these draconian support collection practices, it is increasingly clear that Leon’s efforts are vital because good fathers are now being killed by law enforcement for delinquent family court debts. Here no crime was committed. Instead a black father was shot in the back by a North Charleston police officer who is now in jail without bail on murder charges.

This father had long experienced the discrimination and abuses which convinced him that Justice was better served on the streets than in these courts. He just never expected he could be murdered by a cop for failing to pay his bills. It’s a scary incident which could occur to any father in America today given the false criminal stigmas and sexist slurs being advanced by our own federal government as recently as 2012 in Justice Department news releases.

The Walter Scott incident, preserved on a video seen around the world, shows an unarmed father fleeing arrest on a support warrant at a traffic stop for a broken tail light. The cop fired eight shots from a distance at the fleeing debtor with five bullets entering his back, one in the heart.

The white officer is then shown casually walking over to his victim and cuffing him face down as he took his final breath. Again there was no crime committed but the family court warrant was now executed with no money or daddy for the children. Here is how Leon finally managed to shift focus in Charleston:

It wasn’t easy, in fact I was beginning to think it was a lost cause. Despite all my appearances, participation in media events and interactions with civil rights protesters and government officials all across Charleston, South Carolina this past week, once again no one was listening. I reiterated my statements concerning the killer in the Walter Scott case, emphasizing not the cop named Michael Slager but the silent and insidious accomplice known as family court.

In yet another news conference today at North Charleston City Hall, everyone was focused on race as a lawyer for protesters in Ferguson, Missouri announced a new wave of protests here. I had delivered my report to the local organizer of the event but the father issues remained without mention by anyone. So once again I asserted myself on the media side of the presentations before the keynote speaker.

In his riveting keynote address, Attorney Malik Shabazz, national president of Black Lawyers for Justice, described black men as the hunted ones, killed “like deer and dogs.” During subsequent media interviews, I raised the father discrimination aspects surrounding the Walter Scott murder which set this case apart from all other racially charged incidents across the country. I cited three status based factors which worked against this particular victim: he was black, a man and a father. I urged all in attendance to support my public appeal for a Justice Department investigation to prevent more of these incidents.

At the request of the event organizer, I was asked to hand deliver my report “We Are Fathers” to Attorney Shabazz at the podium. A resounding applause ensued when I did. The keynote speaker joined in the issues raised and went further. He agreed that the support warrant was a major concern and that he would study my report for answers and reform efforts.

Following this national media event, I was approached by African-American victims of court injustices. Of course I could not provide assistance due to the retributions experienced back in New York for my public predictions that materialized here. I was then asked to give a separate live interview on Charleston television. I will provide further details in a later post.

We’re making progress fellow parents, fathers and victims. Regrettably I feel like I’m doing it alone in Charleston but a profound statement had to be made here for all family court victims across America. We’ll continue to keep you informed.
