As Parental Rights Erode, American Society is Paying the Price. Yet the Band Plays On.

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Every day we see the dire consequences of a civilized society getting out of control due to a continuing erosion of parental rights. Such rights precede those cemented in the Magna Charta and American Constitution for a good reason. They’re not mentioned in those venerable documents because their framers properly treated our duty to rear our own children as a natural right originating from the beginning of humanity itself.

And we’ve been doing it for centuries upon centuries against odds much greater than we face today. Yet, apparently, we still don’t have it right according to a growing number of self-appointed experts. Who are these so-called experts, do they have any children of their own, can they cite parenting experience of a meaningful kind (not a substitute), and why are they obsessed with placing state and child authority over that of the real moms and dads?

It begs the ultimate question, is there a more profound reason for this obsession? Okay, there are certainly those out there who raise their children poorly. But is that any reason to generalize them to the vast majority who parent properly in an increasingly complex society? Is it all part of that New World Order we keep hearing about, Hillary Clinton circa 1990s and her long forgotten book, It Takes a Village (to raise our children)?

Today that “village” takes on a number of new faces that include communism, socialism, crime infested neighborhoods and fringe groups rioting for obscure causes. School districts constitute yet another “village” that is being targeted as children are programed to adopt evil ways like never before. Here we present such evil featured in a July 16, 2021 headline story in the upstate New York Observer Dispatch.

A 17-year old girl was murdered in unprecedented fashion when her lover set up a video of the incident after a concert they attended. It reproduced a graphic scene in his car raping and stabbing this girl to death and then posting that video on-line. Even the gruesome remains were included in his premeditated production. Although convicted and sentenced to life behind bars, the sicko left behind family victims to endure a murder conceived in hell itself.

As parents struggling to protect our children from such an unimagined evil and its tentacle-like expanse, how do we come to grips with this? You would think that the victim’s family suffered enough from it all, but their torture persisted when a local prosecutor shared those videos across state lines with national documentary organizations and even social media. According to the article, that family was compelled to bring a federal lawsuit against that prosecutor.

The 2019 murder trial is long concluded but the public inquiry is not. Questions abound such as the source of this conceived atrocity. Has the freedom to interact with bad elements in our schools and communities become a child’s right over the will of protective parents? And that brings us to the “trillion” dollar question: How do we protect our children at any age from this kind of heinous behavior? Well, here’s how the “experts” are answering us:

According to Maura Priest, a “candidate professor” at Arizona State University, “parents should lose their veto power over children going trans.” Parental supervision somehow became a veto power with deference to be given to children as young as six years of age. According to the relevant medical journal article first published on June 8, 2021, our government should defer to children’s wishes once it decides that they are “informed and competent.”

That defies the very definition of children. Why is anyone giving the time of day to this “candidate professor?” In another article in Buzzfeed published on July 10, 2021, staff writer Asia McLain writes that “People Are Revealing The Single Hardest Lesson For Parents To Learn About Raising Kids. And There’s So Much Truth Here.” Her subheading states: “You have to parent the kid you have, not the one you want.” She then goes on to enumerate her advice on how we should essentially comply with an inverted order of child rearing.

In prior posts here at http://www.leonkoziol.com, I warned of this New World Order and its agenda of institutionalizing parenthood much like education was over time. But maybe it was treated as fringe or futuristic. Well it’s too late for that conversation now because this scary trend is upon us. Our government is looking more and more like communism and tyranny every day. We’re just not taking this trend seriously enough, like it’s going to disappear all by itself.

I continue to trace much of this highly censored phenomenon to our highly lucrative divorce and family courts. This is where we are told that our government acting in the “best interests of our children” before they bankrupt us in a needless contest over that almighty and antiquated custody title. Meanwhile, this New World thinking has been breeding suicides, murders, and domestic violence for decades, yielding such freaks as the killer of that 17-year old girl.

This is why we can never let our guard down as parents, even those of us alienated by this ever twisted court system that values lawyer profits and federal incentive funds over the true interests of our children. To that end, I have completed a book manuscript which will be published soon and available on various national book sites. It’s titled Whistleblower in Paris to document my horrific ordeal as an aggrieved parent and civil rights attorney.

Unfortunately I learned that the publishing industry can be as corrupt as the family court industry. But with a newly signed publishing contract, I can now offer an advanced hard copy of my new release with a contribution of $30 on this site. Postage and handling costs are included. Your name and address will appear with your credit card payment and an autographed copy will follow. Electronic versions will not be available for another two months.

The concluding segment of this book documents the poetic justice achieved when perpetrators of my ordeal suffered their own misfortunes. The prosecutor above was one of them after he failed to indict my ex-secretary for crimes committed in my former law office in an outside scheme to target my license and discredit my stellar record. Two weeks prior to the headline news regarding the family’s federal court lawsuit, that prosecutor, Scott McNamara, announced that he would not be seeking re-election after twelve unchallenged years in office.

Educate yourself to the realities of this parenting epidemic and the intrigue which can dominate any effort to reform a corrupt court system. Order your book now and spread the word as part of your civic obligation to circumvent the censorship of this valuable site and its vital message. Parents Backing Trump Because They Cannot Surrender Their Children To Hillary’s Socialist Village

Nuclear family versus Hillary’s nuclear “Village” for child rearing: Get out and vote or accept the consequences.

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Most Americans don’t see it yet, but our children are gradually being taken from us through a socialist movement known as the New World Order. Since the early nineties it has been championed by the Clinton Crime Family and depicted in shocking detail by Hillary in her book It Takes A Village. The text is filled with socialist propaganda but reduced to its essentials, Hillary declares that the state is better equipped to raise our children.

Evidence of this trend is everywhere, from state funded day care centers to an antiquated family court system where moms and dads are required to war against one another to obtain custody and support “awards.” This barbaric process does two things to advance Hillary’s New World Village: 1) It rewards her lawyer friends and the predators who incite these needless wars, and 2) It routinely brings out the worst in parents who love their children the most. Otherwise they would simply surrender their rights.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see how this process advances New World propaganda. Mainstream media focuses on salacious divorces of famous people as opposed to reform efforts of secondary and social media like Leon Koziol.com or Parenting Rights Institute. The state is thereby able to publicly distinguish itself as the savior of children harmed by warring parents increasingly made subject to court controls and an inverted order of child rearing that defies natural laws successfully observed since creation itself.

In numerous postings, publications, and court filings, I have become a modern day Paul Revere. I have supported my predictions and been proven correct time and again despite an unprecedented witch hunt to discredit the public message. Indeed even my adversaries agree with it, veteran jurists such as Family Judge Dennis Duggan who declared the custody system to be antiquated and horrific in its destruction of workable parent-child relationships. See Webster v Ryan, 729 NYS2d 315 (2001) at fn 1 where he condemns use of the offensive terms “custody” and “visitation.”

Shared parenting is the constitutionally preferred model but it threatens Hillary’s Village and the profits of her lawyer friends. The voting public remains duped by Clinton’s ultimate lie because she is supported by the billionaire elite which has contrived this New World Order. But a massive undertow has been at work as the carnage peaks to a point of violence in our streets, schools and courts. Parents are wising up to reality and uniting behind Donald Trump to dissolve Hillary’s Village. After all, Donald Trump did not create chaos, chaos created Donald Trump. Who else anywhere can truly reform all branches of government?

Time will tell when the voting booths close tomorrow. It’s an epic election defined by “wars” and personal attacks, it’s Trump’s family v Hillary’s Village; Trump’s locker room conduct as a private citizen vs Hillary’s national security risks as a public official; America First vs New World Order; “Secondary” and “Social” media vs “Mainstream” and “Liberal media;” Populist liberty vs Establishment control; a successful billionaire who exploited our tax laws vs a crooked politician who committed crimes with elite immunity; FBI vs Loretta Lynch; Genuine Law and Order vs Terrorist Infiltrators and Family Predators; the “War on Women” vs the “War on America.

God Bless America, its parents, our families and children !

Parent Apathy is Fueling an Epidemic: It’s High Time We Took Serious Action

Opening News Story at the time Parenting Rights Institute was founded in 2010

From the PRI Administrator

The Parenting Rights Institute (PRI) was founded in 2010 as an advocacy group for moms, dads and families victimized by abusive divorce and family courts across the country. An office was opened in New York with a Court Program to assist poorly represented or self represented parties. It featured a seminar lecture and five part reading program with court forms and transcripts to educate parents and prevent serious financial and personal harm. Its updated version is available at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com or by ordering it from our office at (315) 380-3420.

The work of the Institute expanded in the years since. A planning session was conducted at the Plaza Hotel at Central Park in Manhattan attended by lawyers, former judges and parental advocates. In 2011 we conducted a Parental Rights Convention at a hotel conference room attended by activists from different parts of the country. Five time Super Bowl winner Tim McKyer was a featured speaker. In April, 2012 we sponsored a lobby initiative in Congress. Two months later, a rally was held at the federal appeals court at Foley Square in Manhattan to support the parental rights case, Parent v New York, argued by Dr. Leon Koziol.

In 2013, Dr. Koziol was among those selected to give testimony on behalf of the Parenting Rights Institute before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption at Pace University. That testimony can be found on Leon’s personal website at http://www.leonkoziol.com and it was cited by a lawyer committee in Albany to suppress and censor his reform efforts. Corruption exposed at the Moreland hearings included Leon’s pedophile custody judge, Bryan Hedges, removed from his case for “political espionage” and from the bench one year later for admitting to sexual misconduct upon the judge’s handicapped, five year old niece. He also exposed fictitious college degrees used by his replacement Judge Daniel King to impose draconian support and custody orders in retaliation.

In 2014, Dr. Koziol participated in a video documentary produced by Dr. Joseph Sorge of Divorce Corp focused on child support abuses, judicial corruption and marginalization of parents for profit. These abuses have remained without real accountability and causing taxpayers mounting expenses for their criminal and family court systems. Another censorship process was commenced by a lawyer ethics committee against Leon citing the video as its source. That process was vigorously challenged on First Amendment grounds but it prevented him from making a formal presentation at the Divorce Corp Family Law Reform Conference in Washington D.C.

In May, 2016 gag orders on our public statements were removed after Leon filed an extraordinary mandamus action in New York Supreme Court. We have achieved a record for holding lawyers, judges and family court predators accountable where our political ethics commissions are failing us. We have traveled as far away as Hawaii, California, Nashville, Carolinas, Canada and Paris seeking recourse for parent rights violations. Children are being abused, needlessly alienated and exploited for profit in a manner never seen before in human history. The media is ignoring a growing epidemic at the root of our societal problems, moral decay and worker productivity. Bar associations and special interests anxious to preserve a trillion dollar gold mine are suppressing reform, true accountability and parent advocacy groups such as the PRI.

A documentary published this month by Dr. Koziol and PRI produced immediate reactions from powerful adversaries. Entitled “Family Court Epidemic in Rural America,” it exposed shocking aspects of unmitigated corruption in divorce and family courts which is escalating all over the country. These are plain talk presentations publicized through You-Tube and viral sites everywhere that eventually work their way to the top of Google searches regarding the lawyers, judges and entities we are investigating and exposing. In this way the Parenting Rights Institute has become a citizen’s commission for judicial accountability. We are doing the vital work of those who are neglecting their paid public duties. In short we have become the Judicial Watch or NRA for abused families.

However, we cannot effectively advocate without resources. Currently we refer legal representation to trusted outside attorneys. We would like to hire in-house counsel and investigatory staff to properly assist victims in their individual cases. A professional video crew could bolster publishing efforts while employed to support formal complaints to government agencies. Our goal is to monitor court proceedings, publish books and documentaries and lobby Congress and our courts for reform and proper accountability. We have a petition for writ pending before the United States Supreme Court and are prepared to file another with co-petitioning victims (joiners) from around the country. Indeed we have done remarkable things with a fledgling volunteer staff and nominal donations which cannot keep up with expenses.

These are only some of the strategies underway and detailed in a business plan which is available to potential donors and investors. Accordingly we are appealing publicly to you for help. You may be in a position to join our efforts or invest personally. You may also know of a business, estate or philanthropist who can provide the needed financial support. Our potential cannot be denied. The proof is found throughout our website pages at Leon Koziol.com or the Institute.  As the thirty second television clip here shows, our PRI Director Leon Koziol has won numerous high profile cases, but this “War on Parents” is clearly his greatest challenge. Help us help you. Invest in our Institute. Download, share and e-mail this message. You can also chat directly with Leon at (315) 796-4000.

Kendra’s Chronicles: A Story of Two Little Girls Harmed by a Corrupted Family Court in Hillary Clinton’s Village.

094
A loving dad’s surprise gift to his little girls with memories to last an eternity.

Crucial Introduction:

A lucrative child control industry has emerged in America’s divorce and family courts, inflicting moral, educational and productivity declines among our cities, towns and villages. It has made us the most litigious nation in the world as we spend our valuable time and energies on court contests instead of more constructive pursuits.

It’s one thing when the fight concerns products or property but quite another when innocent children are exploited. As parents bound by laws of nature, we cannot remain idle in this escalating crisis while lawyers, bureaucrats and “experts” profit at our children’s expense. How many little ones will never see a good education or career in today’s competitive global market because their parents squandered life’s savings on endless court battles?

It’s not all our fault despite what many judges claim. They know privately that needless court battles are ended only because the money runs out. In the meantime, they could care less that our children or families suffer. Outdated custody doctrine is vigorously retained over shared parenting because unequal classifications beget controversy which, in turn, justifies state intervention. It is a crisis created by socialist-liberals who made the policy case long ago that government is better suited to raise our children.

Hillary Clinton made the same case against both moms and dads in her 90s era book, “It Takes a Village.” Her propaganda sounded good at the time because children were used as a pretext for big government, but it resulted in further erosion of parental authority, leaving minors free to set their own standards of behavior. Almost anything a parent does today to correct a child can be the subject of an agency inquiry, school report or custody impairment.

In plain terms, Hillary’s village works like this: get the people of a community gossiping about their neighbors’ private affairs. Convince them to report objectionable styles of parenting to authorities. Once under a court’s jurisdiction, these fit parents can be conformed to an elusive standard for lawyers to argue and profit over. It goes on all the time in divorce and family courts with “parent education” programs and court ordered evaluations.

This is our latest series regarding court corruption entitled “Kendra’s Chronicles.” Here we provide you with real life injuries caused by socialist policies injected into family litigation. Judges overwhelmed by their “super-parent” roles and overcrowded dockets issue orders based on scripted testimony or lawyer summaries having little regard for the human tragedies they produce. It can easily become a “turn ’em and burn ’em” enterprise.

In “King’s Chronicles” we showed you how a new family judge named Daniel King of Lowville, New York abused state power in retaliation for Dr. Leon Koziol’s public criticisms and reform testimony before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption. His criticisms included King’s fabricated college degree, parenting conditions in violation of a higher court order and impositions which placed his critic (Koziol) under risk of contempt by ambush.

Ultimately two innocent children were denied access to a fit and loving  father for a period of 456 days and counting. This human rights atrocity committed upon Dr. Koziol was orchestrated through absurd parenting conditions added with each public criticism until Leon was forced to abandon his role as a natural father. Here we give you some heart wrenching consequences of Dan King’s egotism in a court which might as well be located in Hillary Clinton’s village.

DADDY, I WANT TO GO THERE!

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Author’s note: My daughters’ names have been substituted with “Shelly” the elder and “Debbie” the younger for purposes of this website post. Collectively, and with further editing, this series will comprise a part of my book to be published later this year.

“Daddy, I want to go there!”

It was an uncontrolled scream from a five year old girl which I will never forget as long as I live. Only words, I’ll admit, but they were the world to me coming from my eldest daughter as I opened the front door to our home early one morning. There in the distance was an elaborate playground constructed specially for her and her sister as a father’s day surprise.

The year was 2007, a long time ago, but only if you measure it as a business person. I can recall every detail of Shelly’s facial expressions as she took in something bordering on paradise. Miraculously it had appeared overnight. That was enough for Debbie to exploit the moment, shoving past her older sister into the sunlit yard with a sound that ignited sparrows, robins and blue jays from all surrounding tree limbs. As if on cue, our nearby frog pond erupted with croaking and splash-outs.

Well it worked! All my efforts to make this event a memorable one paid off. You might call it perfect. But you should also know that it was anything but easy. I had to order the apparatus from Georgia and have the area excavated, rearranged and protected by two retaining walls. On one occasion, I rode my girls on a bobcat during a clearing process to give them a sense of participation in this project (with no idea of what was coming). I never disclosed this fact until just now, so don’t report me to their mom.

When the playground components arrived, my contractor went to work (as I did to my law office to pay for it all). After several days, the assembly phase turned into a real mess. The guys could not seem to put everything together properly. I was furious when learning of it outside the courthouse. But that’s where the rescue came in. I was representing an old college friend who I had just gotten out of a real mess of her own without any fee. She owned a ranch and knew a few things usually reserved to men.

Hearing my dilemma, she quickly offered to rectify the errors. With the help of her woman assistant, she completed paradise in time for father’s day. Favors have a way of coming back around. This client will be forever remembered for her rescue as will another very special woman who arrived one year later, about the time when a trampoline was added to the mix. Together we made this place a regular treat for my little girls. These are exciting stories reserved to a later episode in this series.

You might think that a private playground of this caliber meant that my girls would become spoiled. Quite the contrary, they enjoyed the public venues even more. I can still remember Shelly, she couldn’t have been but one or two, dutifully lugging her “Blues Clues” up the ladder with endless repetition before throwing the poor puppy down the slide with a glee that resonated across New Hartford Town Park. And Debbie, running off to the “wilderness” (trail system) which had me split in every direction.

At Lake George, our summer destination, I will never forget a playground near East Cove where the girls enjoyed themselves as much as they did boating and swimming. I don’t believe those outings were eclipsed until many years later when I took both up for their first para-sail adventure. And boy did I hear it from mom in a family court petition after that one! But she was a “custodial parent” by then which changed everything.

I like to think I was different than most dads at these public playgrounds. While they watched or tended to their barbeque grills, I was chasing my girls all across the slides, monkey bars and whatever else was there to exploit. They easily made lots of friends because the other children would simply join in the games I made up to everyone’s delight. Some of the parents knew I was a lawyer and probably figured that our activities were liability-proof, or more likely that I had regressed to my own childhood.

No matter. I didn’t really care. As a “non-custodial parent,” my time was sadistically limited by our courts, so I would be taking full advantage of such moments, knowing they would one day find their way into memories like this one. Although moms seemed to dominate these places, I actually think that playgrounds were constructed with dads in mind. Such fun places resonated deeply within my girls. That much I know.

In practical terms, these playgrounds are all gone now. The one at my home hasn’t been visited in more than a year. But in my mind I can still hear the laughter, the crying, the giggling, whispering, and happy faces, indeed all the things that made them so special in their day.

Yes, playgrounds were a means for overcoming that weekend warrior status accorded to fathers under “the law.” But above all else, they have reserved to another time and place the fact that my girls had a genuine father who loved them, then and now and for eternity.
