HAPPY NEW YEAR! Family Judge Sued for Lewd Conduct by Court Attorney and Clerk: Reads Like Parent v New York

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

In August, 2017, Family Judge Richard Miller was removed from his duties on the bench and reassigned by the New York Unified Court System.  No details were released at the time to explain why. Now comes the revelation that he forced his court attorney and clerk to view pornography including nude photos of a co-worker. Among other “family friendly” duties, Judge Miller made sexual demands and even asked his clerk (Gallagher) to engage in sex acts with an elected official to curry political favors.

Yes, it’s all there in a federal court complaint filed on December 21, 2018 which reads, verbatim in some segments, like my precedent seeking action on behalf of abused family court litigants in Parent v New York, 786 F. Supp. 2d 516  (NDNY 2011). Indeed, so closely does the complaint pattern mine that one might easily conclude that it was used as a template by the law firm which filed the action last week.

Of course the difference is that the plaintiffs in my case were litigant parents whereas the current one features court employees. Judges have fashioned a special rule for themselves known as Absolute Judicial Immunity from lawsuits by litigants whereas they get no such protection from lawsuits by subordinates even if the misconduct is identical.

For example Michigan Judge Wade McCree was given immunity in a federal lawsuit brought by a father in a child support case whose opponent got pregnant by the married McCree in chambers while presiding over the case. Such immunity carries over from the King of England and finds no authority in our Constitution.

So committed was I to removing that immunity that I filed four federal lawsuits which earned a filing restriction by a federal judge, Gary “not so” Sharpe. Gary was removed by a federal appeals court from a case due to a human gene he used for decision making which he claimed would not be discovered by scientific experts for another fifty years. The appeals court found his bizarre conduct to harm public confidence in the judiciary.

Yet Judge Gary Sharpe was never impeached, he did not resign in shame as he should have, and he refused to step off my case afterward, see United States v Cossey, 632 F.3d 82 (2nd Cir. 2011). The Cossey ruling is one of the few in which the decision itself was found to be sufficient grounds for bias and disqualification.

Another case which illustrates the unjust disparity between litigant and employee in judge accountability is Morin v Tormey, 626 F.3d 40 (2nd Cir 2010). This case featured my administrative judge and ex-custody judge, Bryan Hedges. They were successfully sued by a chief family court clerk based on unlawful retaliation for her refusal to engage in “political espionage.” She recovered $600,000.00.

Hedges was removed from my case in 2011 and from the bench altogether one year later after he admitted to sexual misconduct on his handicapped, five year old niece, see In re Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677 (2013). His co-defendant, Judge James “Bond” Tormey is still on the bench even after assigning 41 trial jurists to my originally uncontested divorce case. Over a 12 year period, nearly half were removed by motion due to bias or misconduct.

Like the 2017 reassignment of Family Judge Richard Miller, no reasons were given, and like Tormey, Miller is still a judge hauling in close to $200,000.00 in annual salary. The “immoral” of this story is that a lawsuit by an employee is acceptable but one against a judge containing similar claims is “rambling” and even “incomprehensible.”

This is one of the many reasons why I have asked fellow victims to join me in a march on Washington, May 3, 2019, to start in front of the White House and ending on the Supreme Court steps. Get the details on the 6-minute video here produced by an NBC production crew. A more startling one is forthcoming, ironically on the subject of judge misconduct across America. Look for it on this site, Leon Koziol.com and spread the word.

Civil rights advocate targeted by thieving ethics lawyers, Facebook and now a publicly censured Judge Popeo

Parenting Rights Institute

First it was a trio of ethics lawyers fired for falsifying time sheets, then Facebook, certain mainstream media, and now a publicly censured judge is joining the gang of liberals persecuting a once prominent civil rights attorney in New York.

It all began in 2008 when Dr. Leon Koziol set out to expose corruption in divorce and family courts in an effort to replace antiquated custody and support laws with progressive shared parenting. The retributions achieved epic proportion after he supported Donald Trump BEFORE election day, going so far as to file a 2016 motion for disqualification of Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg due to her anti-Trump political interviews from Supreme Court chambers.

Dr. Leon Koziol employs the alternative “Juris Doctor” for his professional name because an Albany, New York appeals court prohibited him from using the term “attorney” in a six month suspension order. Such a prohibition conveniently removes the credibility of his corruption reports and reform message. The license suspension was long completed in 2013, and it was caused by a secretary influenced to create ethics issues in Dr. Koziol’s law office. That secretary was eventually convicted of felonies committed on later victims.

2013 was also the year that Dr. Koziol testified regarding widespread judge and lawyer misconduct before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption at Pace University. It was the same year that ethics lawyers appointed by the same court announced to a panel of justices in closed proceedings that they would oppose returning Koziol to his civil rights practice so long as his public criticisms continued. It was a year when custody judge, Bryan Hedges, disqualified by Koziol motion in 2011, was permanently removed from the family court bench for admitting to sexual abuse of his handicapped five year old niece.

That same year, the same ethics lawyers were allowed by their judge superiors to resign quietly after a state inspector general uncovered their falsified time sheets. They were never prosecuted, criminally or ethically, and still allowed to practice law in New York’s capital district. This is in contrast to one Koziol client who was immediately prosecuted as a felon for obtaining a $16 city gas card reimbursement two hours after wrongful discharge. He was cleared by a jury before obtaining a consequentially large civil rights recovery.

These were only some of the shocking revelations brought before the Moreland Commission. Within weeks of that testimony, Dr. Koziol lost all contact with his daughters due to a family judge, Daniel King, who was reported for fabricating college degrees in child support decisions. Judge King could find no evidence of unfit parenting, indeed there was never any child protection agency report, so he based his decision on a “prohibited alcohol related gesture” (a wedding toast) among other demented concoctions. He even imposed a gag order on this site which was removed only after Dr. Koziol sued him in New York Supreme Court on First Amendment violations

And so it’s been, a suspension of a law license exceeding eight years, one year longer than a felony disbarment period, without so much as an accusation of any criminal wrongdoing. And no child contact for over four years! It is an unprecedented ordeal and a judicial record by most accounts. But that’s not the only record en route to shattering the glass ceiling of judicial immunity. Over 40 trial jurists have been assigned so far to Dr. Koziol’s originally uncontested divorce since it was filed in 2006.

With each assignment, grounds for disqualification arose immediately, causing one judge after another to recuse himself or herself at the outset. For others who pressed on in violation of judicial ethics, misconduct inevitably reared itself, and removal was secured through motion filings. Rather than accepting the systemic retaliation and the state’s role in all this, judges are now faulting the victim of their corruption.

The latest one is Gerald “Rocky” Popeo (Judge #41) who was publicly censored in 2015 by the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct after a hearing judge found that he had joked about downstate blacks and upstate “country niggers.” Popeo was also found guilty of making a violent threat to a litigant from the bench. The public censure encompassed serial contempt and jail sentences in violation of due process. However, much more was never reported or excused by that Commission, and this sadistic, self-loving and mentally challenged judge was never even removed.

For example, a former African-American city official and Koziol client attempted suicide in a jail cell after Judge Popeo presided over a racist targeting of his night club. All nuisance and liquor violations were dismissed by a jury after Judge Popeo re-committed the suicide prospect to jail from the hospital where he was in recovery. Prior to the targeting, this same African-American activist obtained a jury verdict of $333,000.00 in a race discrimination case against some of the same people now behind the Koziol witch hunt. It was argued by Dr. Koziol before a current Supreme Court Justice, Patterson v City of Utica, 370 F.3d 322 (2nd Cir. 2004).

In the summer of 2017, Popeo initiated a heated exchange with Koziol at a local bar, witnessed by a U.S. Marine veteran. It was based on Gerry’s belief that Leon had something to do with the 2015 misconduct prosecution against him. Despite all that, like his denials of racism reported by an African-American attorney, Judge Popeo denied that the bar conversation even occurred. He did so as an “Acting Family Court Judge” assigned to Dr. Koziol’s custody and support cases. His peculiar assignment came at a time when a series of editorials and full page advertisements by Dr. Koziol critical of the judiciary were featured in the Syracuse, Utica and Watertown, New York newspapers.

And despite even that, the same Gerald Popeo denied Dr. Koziol’s motion for disqualification this past week, ruling that he can be impartial. Since his assignment in February, 2018, Popeo has continued to deny Koziol all contact with his daughters. He now stands ready to jail him on orchestrated (unlawful) child support debts. The Leon Koziol story was recently documented in a shocking new book, Satan’s Docket: Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry.  It is a must-read for all court participants and good government advocates, available on-line at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com.

With this backdrop, can anyone continue to be shocked by Donald Trump’s condemnation of federal judges who interfere with national security decisions of our elected president? The Leon Koziol story shows how the elected goal of “draining the swamp” cannot be limited to the executive or legislative branches. A federal judge who dismissed Dr. Koziol’s civil rights case against his persecutors is all the proof we Americans need to support President Trump.

That federal judge, Gary Sharpe, was removed from a case by a federal appeals court in Manhattan for announcing a human gene for decision making that would not be discovered by scientists for “another fifty years.” United States v Cossey, 632 F.3d   82 (2nd Cir. 2011). Never mind the swamp, that sort of lunacy on the bench rivals Hitler’s Nazi Germany. It also presents an important message for all whistle blowers like Edward Snowden: Stay in some free country where it’s safe!

Please don’t simply read this post and move on. The important information just received came to you at a high price. Share it with those who can help us fight this growing corruption in America. The censorship of our values and Trump supporters is very real as proven again today by Fox News headlines. They featured a black woman duo known as “Diamond and Silk” who were censored by Facebook due to the pro-Trump content of their popular site. Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

The Parenting Rights Institute has made a formal request to Congress for a comprehensive investigation of our nation’s family courts. The text of this request is also contained in a full page newspaper advertisement for my new book, Satan’s Docket: Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry.

I continue to seek major donors and investors for the Parenting Rights Institute due to the vital work we do, the accountability and oversight which are grossly lacking in these courts. We are a fledgling “Judicial Watch” for the divorce industry. But we can do nothing for countless victims without the resources to investigate and report on their individual cases.

Free keyboarding from the comfort of your homes to no one who cares is getting us nowhere. I am hoping to have sponsors of similar advertisements in communities across the country to move our representatives to action. Kindly share this mission statement and support it with your contributions, book purchases or our offerings at www.parentingrightsinstitute.com.

I can be contacted at our office at (315) 380-3420 or personally at (315) 796-4000.

This is the text and photos (above and below) appearing in the full page advertisement, page B8, of Sunday October 29, 2017 edition of the Utica (New York) Observer Dispatch. The on-line version will remain available to all of my followers and interested persons for another two weeks. You are welcome to duplicate this text in your own advertisements or in letters of support to the same congressional leaders

Request to Congress for Investigation of Family Courts

To:  Hon. Chuck Grassley, Chair, Senate Judiciary Committee

Hon. Robert Goodlatt, Chair, House Judiciary Committee

Hon. Trey Gowdy, Chair, Oversight Committee on Government Reform

From: Leon Koziol, J.D., Director, Parenting Rights Institute

Gentlemen:

Amid recent probes by your committees into the conduct of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch regarding last year’s election, I am asking you to consider a review of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, more particularly the vast abuse of federal funds in our family courts.

While your oversight objectives are commendable, I believe the American people are highly frustrated by the constant focus on Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. The election ended long ago, and it is time to move on, to focus on the issues that truly impact the rest of us.

There is a growing epidemic in this country which has been ignored and even protected by the Justice Department and bar associations generally. Our federal government is rewarding states with billions of dollars based on the number and magnitude of “child support” orders they issue.

On its surface, “child support” appears laudable, but in practice, judicial impartiality has been sacrificed to the almighty buck. State courts are inciting needless controversy, alienating moms and dads from their offspring, fueling domestic violence and veteran suicides, and wasting tax dollars to enrich other beneficiaries of a dysfunctional “custody” system.

Lawyers and lawyers on the bench should not be allowed anywhere near sensitive parental disputes because they are programmed to litigate. They bring gas to the sparks while family assets, business interests and college funds are plundered in the “best interests” of our children. Shared parenting and mediation alternatives have been thwarted because they are not lucrative.

In March, 2015, Obama’s Justice Department issued a report condemning criminal courts in Ferguson, Missouri due to excessive fines raised through false arrests and other civil rights violations. I made the same parallels to excessive fees and family court “awards” in reports to your oversight committee and Loretta Lynch one year later.

Our Supreme Court has declared parenting to be the “oldest liberty interest” protected by our Constitution. I emphasized that to national media and your Democrat colleague, James Clyburn, at the funeral of Walter Scott, an unarmed father shot dead in the back five times for fleeing a child support warrant. Government is now killing for money.

Despite all this, the harm to our health, education, productivity and law enforcement continues. We remain the most litigious and imprisoned society in the free world, and if reform is ever to occur, it must begin here because children and future generations are at risk.

Oversight in family court is best described as the foxes guarding our chicken coup with whistleblowers like me persecuted to the point of losing my children, livelihood and liberties. After 23 unblemished years as a civil rights attorney, another ten as a model parent, it became a scene right out of the former Soviet Union.

In July of this year, I was interviewed by sponsors of the Whistleblower Summit in Washington due to the horrific nature of my ordeal. It has now been captured in a book entitled, Satan’s Docket. I have also documented the ordeals of parents across the country. I am enclosing a copy so you can gain a real world perspective on this epidemic.,

Your committees have helped enact whistleblower protections for those who have uncovered waste in diverse areas of federal spending. They may have saved taxpayers billions of dollars in recent decades. However there remains no protection for judicial whistleblowers.

Indeed when I sought relief in our federal courts, I was subjected to serial rulings designed to kill the messenger of reform. In my book, I compared it to a Rodney King beating with the fists and batons replaced by orders and edicts. Either punishment can achieve the same fatal end.

Donald Trump is attacked any time he criticizes a federal judge despite a Supreme Court member (Ginsburg) who attacked him from chambers as a private citizen. A federal judge in my case was removed from an earlier one by an appeals court due to a human gene he used to make decisions, one that would not be discovered by scientists “for another 50 years.”

I am not making this up any more than Hitler did in the day. You can “discover” Gary Sharpe’s gene in United States v Cossey, 632 F.3d 82. New York Republican Leader Joe Bruno condemned the same Judge Sharpe in his book, Keep Swinging, after a failed political prosecution which cost taxpayers over $15 million.

Bruno’s senate secretary was given immunity to testify against him despite some $100,000 she stole from government. My ex-secretary did the same after being influenced to orchestrate ethics issues against me. In a 2012 report, bolstered by her own immunity, I detailed how she was operating her own divorce practice. She was not finally arrested and jailed until 2016.

To hold the “foxes” accountable, I have opened a fledgling “Judicial Watch” known as Parenting Rights Institute. But I lack the resources to save victims such as Tom Ball who burned himself alive at a New Hampshire family court, or a police investigator who chose a different form of protest through murder-suicide and a $2 million wrongful death recovery against my city.

If this is not a silent and suppressed epidemic, what is? In his opening address at the 2015 Whistleblower Summit, Senator Chuck Grassley declared plainly, “You can’t fix something if you don’t know it’s broken.” Well now you know.

Shocking New Book on Family Court Corruption Now Available: Satan’s Docket

IMG_1039

Today we are introducing the new Parenting Rights Institute website and its feature book release, Satan’s Docket: Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry. Nine months in the works and based on thirty years of litigation experience, this book takes you through the horrific ten year ordeal of judicial whistleblower, Dr. Leon Koziol, which forced him to seek international protection in Paris.

However this book is much more. It can be considered a crash course in divorce or family court, your education to an epidemic that is harming our children, families, schools, workplaces and health as a nation. It was a herculean project, years in the research and writing phase with a 108,000 word manuscript completed only last month.

At present this book is the hands of a major publisher with a possible release date early next year. In the meantime it has generated inquiries from a documentary producer and will hopefully lead to an overdue investigation by Congress or the Justice Department into the federal funding abuses in our state domestic relations courts. We will keep you posted on that objective.

While all this was in progress, so were the many family judge elections across the country which promise to expand this epidemic and bring even more harm to future generations. One such election in Oneida County, New York sparked the early release of this uncensored version of Satan’s Docket. Its author resides in that county and became troubled by the lack of vital discourse on the real issues in these courts. In coming weeks, he hopes to change all that through this unprecedented literary work.

Satan’s Docket was authored in an extraordinary way given the difficulty of attracting interest to such a stressful and complex subject. It was a lesson learned from Alec Baldwin and his 2009 book release, A Promise to Ourselves. That memoir failed to achieve its highly anticipated book sales. Indeed mainstream media was most focused on excerpts relating to his suicide attempts during an incendiary divorce with actress Kim Basinger. Dr. Koziol was invited to Alec’s book signing in Manhattan and shared his ordeal with Baldwin’s agent at Creative Artists in California. More recently, crucial advice was obtained from best selling authors at the Whistleblower Summit and Conference this past summer in Washington D.C.

The title, Satan’s Docket, was a risky selection but has gained wide support. It was proven ironically to be a well selected title after discovering Bradley Birkenfeld’s recent book release at the Summit entitled, Lucifer’s Bank. Mr. Birkenfeld was a whistleblower of the Swiss bank industry who suffered retaliation by a jail sentence of 30 months for tax evasion. On his release he recovered a record $104 million under the new IRS Whistleblower Protection Act. Another new book release at this Summit featured a woman lawyer disbarred for exposing court corruption in New Hampshire. Her book is titled, The Dark Side.

So it would appear that Satan’s Docket is right on target. It was also inspired by former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno, whose memoir, Keep Swinging,  was released in November, 2016. Dr. Koziol’s book features two equal length halves. Part One is the Corruption segment of his subtitle. It is the macro part which describes a divorce and family court epidemic nationwide. Part Two is the Carnage half which focuses on his personal ordeal. In order to keep a broad section of readers glued to this book, a collection of shocking stories from around the country is spiced with romance, humor and horror in places ranging from Hawaii to Paris. It is a book well worth reading at a nominal cost that can save you college tuition and untold lawyer fees. It may be the best investment you will make in years.

Please share this post with as many parents, bloggers, media representatives and court victims that you can.

Support False Claims Lawsuit Against Family Court Facilitators

img_0913
Parental Rights Advocate Dr. Leon Koziol at Whistleblower Summit, July, 2017 in Washington D.C. with Government Accountability Project (GAP) CEO Louis Clark (left) and Legal Director Tom Devine

Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

As part of its mission to protect parents, children and extended families from abusive and lucrative practices in our nation’s divorce and family courts, the Parenting Rights Institute is seeking financial, legal and expert assistance to prosecute the first ever False Claims Act (FCA) suit against court facilitators who reap huge profits from federal Title IV-D funding.

If you are a follower of http://www.leonkoziol.com, then you are fortunate to have free access to valuable information regarding the suicides, injustices, needless evaluations and parental alienation caused by a federal law which mandates the naming of a custodial parent in order for states to receive billions of dollars in federal money. Because there is no real protection for judicial whistleblowers, the abuses here have never been properly investigated.

Yet we see those abuses in courts across America: child attorneys appointed to pit parents against their children, lucrative conflict in place of agreement and mediation, and political referrals to countless court facilitators who benefit wrongfully from this massive funding law. As Adolph Hitler once stated in his book, Mein Kampf, if you can get the people believing that government is acting for the benefit of their children, they will “happily” give up their rights.

And like the early days of the Third Reich in Nazi Germany, no one is questioning the similar propaganda long asserted in these courts that our family judges and their government contractors (i.e. court appointed evaluators, lawyers and providers) are acting at all times in the “best interests” of our children. Grave statistics are showing that the time is long overdue for an FCA lawsuit that holds such profiteers accountable.

Last year about this time, I had a case pending on a petition for writ before the Supreme Court entitled Koziol v United States District Court, Case No. 15-1513. It was a mandamus/prohibition case challenging federal courts for their failure to hold state courts accountable for federal constitutional violations. In a rare move, our high court accepted my motion for disqualification (recusal) of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg due to her politicking against Donald Trump. However it was treated as a “suggestion” and never expressly ruled upon.

One of the cases belatedly cited due to its last minute release was Universal Health Services v United States ex rel Escobar, 579 US ___ (June 16, 2016). In that case, our high court permitted an FCA case to proceed against a state health provider due to unqualified professionals who caused the death of a 17 year old girl. The facts were not unlike many of the providers appointed by state judges to treat our children and needlessly stressed moms or dads.

Indeed, in my very own family court case, an un-elected support magistrate (James Gorman) conferred upon me a PhD which I did not earn so that a higher support obligation could be ordered for federal funding purposes. His reviewing family judge (Daniel King) ruled that the error was “harmless” and then gave me a Master degree in its place which I also did not earn. In short, false child support claims are being ordered through evidentiary fictions such as “imputed income” to gain federal money for state courts and contractors.

Accordingly, we are seeking support for a precedent case to be filed in the District of Columbia federal court with whistleblower plaintiffs from different states participating. The beauty of an FCA lawsuit is that such plaintiffs are confidential (sealed) at the filing stage. The U.S. Justice Department is then required to evaluate the lawsuit for purposes of prosecuting it on behalf of the victims and whistleblowers.

In my case, identity no longer matters because my named abusers and adversaries have already retaliated against me in every sadistic way. But for others, such an action is known as a qui tam lawsuit, meaning that the proven whistleblowers may receive a percentage of monies recovered by the Justice Department. This lawsuit could not come at a better time with a new administration anxious to cut needless spending while draining the swamp.

To give you a feel for the kind of recovery which may occur, the state of New York recently settled a Medicaid fraud lawsuit for $10 billion. During my recent participation in the National Whistleblower Summit and Civil Rights Conference in Washington D.C., I met Bradley Birkenfeld who recovered $1.4 million individually in an IRS whistleblower act case after serving nearly three years in prison in retaliation. His book entitled, Lucifer’s Bank, turned out to be surprisingly similar to mine, Satan’s Docket, which will hopefully be ready for publication this fall.

Of course, to make such a lawsuit possible, funding and resources are needed. If you are “broke” with nothing serious to offer, you will only be hurting our cause by contacting us with endless war stories. If you are seriously committed to raising the funds for a qualified review, research and legal representation behind this lawsuit, feel free to contact us at Parenting Rights Institute at (315) 380-3420.

Yes, my adversaries may have destroyed all my means for assisting victims of government abuse, but my accomplishments speak louder than their retributions. They include a New York Supreme Court action in which I successfully invalidated a billion dollar casino operation. Law Enforcement’s Role in Judicial Whistleblowing and First Amendment

img_0920
Boston Area Homicide Detective Ken Williams exchanges valuable information with Parental Advocate Dr. Leon Koziol regarding judicial whistleblowing cases at a dinner meeting near the White House in Washington D.C.

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Continuing with our series on the Whistleblowers Summit and Civil Rights Conference in Washington D.C. last week, I had occasion to network with a variety of experts on the subject including Ken Williams, a Boston area homicide detective. He provided valuable insights from a law enforcement perspective on how to protect oneself from false prosecutions and assembling evidence for valid convictions.

On conclusion of this particular panel discussion, I asked whether there was any special protocol for investigations of judicial corruption. I cited my pedophile custody judge, Bryan Hedges, widespread misconduct ignored in my case, Operation Greylord in Chicago where federal judges were prosecuted while I was in law school, Gerald Garson and Thomas Spargo, New York Supreme Court Judges sent to prison for soliciting custody and divorce bribes in 2007, and the Kids for Cash Scandal in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Williams could relate no particular protocol in judge cases but seemed to recognize that this was a very sensitive area for judicial whistle blowers. Another speaker, civil rights attorney Stephen Kohn, an expert in this field, recently published a book which I purchased and discussed with him. In that book, Steve paints a scary picture of whistleblowers who routinely lose their jobs, reputation, homes and life’s savings as a result of this crucial exercise of First Amendment rights in a self-governing nation.

However I could find few examples in either his book or among conference attendees which exceeded mine, the retributions inflicted upon me for exposing corruption in the divorce industry. My ordeal is necessarily detailed in my upcoming book, Satan’s Docket, a memoir of my civil rights litigation over a thirty year period which also provides a valuable handbook for parents impacted in our nation’s divorce and family courts. Ultimately, through this book, I am hoping to secure a federal investigation into my case and reform of Title IV-D funding abuses to make shared parenting a reality.

Shocking Book Hopes to Ignite Parenting Revolution

IMG_1683
Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry: A Mom and Dad story conceived in Paris

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

It’s been over two months since my last posting on April 6, 2017. I have been focused on completing my first non-fiction book on the subject of corruption in America’s divorce industry. It is an alarming documentary which I hope will elicit nothing less than a parenting revolution for the sake of justice, overdue reforms and our children.

It is a truly profound literary work based on ten years in the reform movement and more than thirty years in the courts as a trial attorney, civil rights advocate and aggrieved parent. For those of you familiar with my ordeal, this is a must-read with immense educational value.

It was a project started in November, 2014 shortly after the Family Law Reform Conference sponsored by Dr. Joseph Sorge and Divorce Corp. in Washington D.C. It was during a flight to Paris where I was seeking to get international human rights agencies involved. In fact, Joe and I talked on the phone while in different parts of Europe engaged in the same mission of reform.

Some excerpts were published on this site in the spring of 2015 but they do not begin to reflect the caliber or quality of the finished product. Its completion was motivated by former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno. In his book released this past November entitled, Keep Swinging, Joe chronicled thirty years of corruption, but he blamed the criminal prosecution against him, in part, on apathy of the people to seek reform and justice.

Joe Bruno is quoted in my first chapter, one that I intend to reprint on this site on Fathers’ Day to give you a preview of the truly remarkable content which follows, 100,000 words altogether. At present, I have two publishers under consideration as I await a hopeful offer from a world class company. This was a phenomenally complex project.

Due to its compelling nature, there are footnotes and references throughout to back up my case for a federal investigation into Title IV-D funding and the corruption it has brought to our court systems and families. This is without question the most suppressed and censored epidemic of our day. My literary release aims to expose it so that serious protests will begin across the country.

When a model parent and judicial whistleblower is prevented from seeing his daughters on Fathers’ Day without any report of unfit behavior, not even an accusation of any criminal wrongdoing, while heroin addicts are being reunited for Mothers’ Day, it’s time to take serious action to a level never seen before.

With the completion of my twenty chapter manuscript, I will be making uncensored (raw) versions available on this site at a reduced cost of $20. Actually, the raw version is more valuable than the later published version which will be edited to exclude some material which could save litigants thousands of dollars in fees and court costs.

The book is bifurcated into two parts. The first (macro) part is largely a collection of stories from across the country obtained over the past ten years. Some are familiar, others are astounding, many are anonymous to protect the victims, but all of them make this a rapid-fire, page-turner. You or someone you know may even be in it.

These stories are conveyed not with depressing regurgitation but flavored by romance, humor, education and situations familiar to any parent in these courts. They come from both dad and mom perspectives with the latter derived from one I met in Paris. Hence it has international appeal even beyond English-speaking countries while touching upon most divorce and family court subjects, from custody and support to domestic violence and judicial misconduct.

The second (micro) half is a chronology of my personal ordeal. No one truly knows the full scope of persecution I endured for taking a conscientious stand against my profession. It’s the price I paid to make family courts more child-friendly and less lawyer-rewarding. This half is likely to attract lawyers, judges and politicians most because it contains renditions of high profile litigation contrasted by sweet stories about children which are sure to capture the heart.

There has never been a publication like this. If successful, it is my intent to start a new book about a victimized father in New York City and finish one about a mom in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. These are highly challenging assignments because no one wants to read about a he-said, she-said harangue in an isolated family case. Even Alec Baldwin was a failure in his book, A Promise to Ourselves, eight years ago. Media reports focused on his suicide attempts.

I apologize to all those callers I have not been able to help during these past six months of focused energy. I bear no animosities to anyone I may have offended along the way. Instead I am appealing to all fellow parents and court victims to join me in a reform effort to impact future generations. I truly believe that this book is the fateful reason for my suffering and sacrifices. They were not in vain after all. I will close with a relevant excerpt:

There were too many years of censorship by the Third Department (licensing and appeals court) which I compared to the Third Reich in my filings. True story. No mention was made of any of this in its reinstatement decision. I was simply responding with the same, if not greater level of boldness to government abuse, hence yielding a clear explanation behind the retaliation which was so severe and unjust.

So if you’re still here reading this, you’re in good company. My work has been monitored by judges, politicians, investigators, doctors, lawyers, maybe even an Indian chief. I got the interest of Donald Trump’s chief counsel in 2016. As stated, a family court gag order on my website was removed after I challenged it in New York Supreme Court. Seven website postings were attached in their entirety to a confidential ethics report. Never once was I charged or sued regarding them.

Should Federal Judge Gary Sharpe Be Impeached ?

Judge Gary Sharpe, Albany New York

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

CRUCIAL  NOTE:  This post is a long one but highly valuable to moms and dads seeking justice in our federal and state courts regarding divorce and family matters.

Long time followers of our website, Leon Koziol.com, have witnessed many vindications I have achieved over the years exposing corruption in order to achieve meaningful reforms for parents and children victimized in our nation’s divorce and family courts. Take the time to check out our site, a treasure trove of free information that could change your life, save your own, and protect your children. It features a long list of corrupt judges.

For example, my custody judge was removed from the bench for admitting to sexual misconduct on his handicapped five year old niece (Bryan Hedges), my ex-secretary was influenced to create ethics issues in my law office and is now a convicted felon after doing prison time last year (Veronica Donahue), and the ethics lawyers engaged in the witch hunt against me were allowed to resign by their appeals court employers for falsifying times sheets without any criminal or public ethics charges (Peter Torncello, Steven Zayas).

Now I am vindicated again in a recent book release by former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno entitled Keep Swinging. Joe was prosecuted on a federal criminal charge that was later declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. In his book, he chronicled 30 years of corruption, mismanaged budgets and spend-free practices of our elected leaders which earned New York the dubious distinction of having the most dysfunctional legislature in America. California was not far behind in the relevant independent study.

Go figure, the two states with a combined 300,000 lawyers seeking easy money in our family courts overwhelmingly rejected Donald Trump like no other state. And now we have a man in office who presents our greatest hope in decades for “draining the judicial swamp” (you heard it first here). The presiding judge in Senator Bruno’s trial was federal (Northern District of New York) Judge Gary Sharpe. Prior to Joe’s book, we had placed Gary Sharpe on the top ten corrupt judge list in America.

That list is well supported. In 2013, I testified before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption at Pace University, verifying systemic corruption in our family courts. For example, I cited a support magistrate and judge (Daniel King) who rendered false findings that I possessed a PhD and Master degree for child support purposes. Even after proving the fabrications, not a single judge or appeals court, not even our Supreme Court, found cause to correct that. So it remains the “law of the case,” a judicial edict replacing our highest universities in the conferral of degrees. And I never even had to write a thesis!

Within weeks of my public testimony and website criticisms, a series of judicial retributions caused me to lose my parenting rights and license reinstatement. It led to my logical petitions for recourse in our federal courts which are charged with the highest duty of safeguarding our federal Constitution. Unfortunately my civil rights case was assigned to the same Judge Gary Sharpe, and he went to town on me to protect the judge colleagues necessarily named in my lawsuit.

In Senator Bruno’s case, the judge bias was comparable even though I was never even accused of a crime and never found to be unfit as a parent. Joe Bruno was convicted in his first trial at about the same time that a non-violent porn user was convicted by the same Judge Sharpe in United States v Cossey, 632 F.3d 82 (2nd Cir. 2011). I use the word convicted because, as a former federal prosecutor, Gary engaged in all sorts of bombastic, media grabbing antics during Joe’s trial while displaying bias before the jury.

Many of my followers complain that our family courts are flawed because they possess no jury right, but as the Bruno and Cossey cases revealed, a judge can easily sway a jury if he or she has a preferred outcome. Judge Sharpe denied a motion by Joe’s lawyers for Sharpe’s disqualification based on those antics and the employment of the judge’s son in the U.S. Attorney’s Office which was prosecuting him.

Evidently those lawyers missed an opportunity to cite the ruling in Cossey for further disqualification grounds during a six year prosecution which cost taxpayers over $15 million and ended up with a “Not Guilty” verdict in the second trial (following a Supreme Court decision requiring reversal of his first conviction). In Cossey, a federal appeals panel in Manhattan removed Judge Sharpe from a case, an unusual ruling, on grounds that he employed his unscientific discovery of a human gene to impose a six year sentence.

According to Sharpe, the costly psychiatric reports could be disregarded because that profession was “all over the board” with its opinions, and his gene would be a better guide even though the experts would not discover it for “another fifty years.” I’m not making this up, he was that omnipotent, and you can find the case at your finger tips on-line. The appeals court justified its extraordinary ruling with the admonition that Judge Gary Sharpe had harmed the public respect and confidence in our judiciary.

As bad luck would have it, Gary Sharpe was assigned to my civil rights case against Family Judge Daniel King and others who had abused judicial office to censor my public reform efforts. They used my daughters and law license as “weapons of suppression” as I summed it up. Sharpe’s early cavalier treatment of my motions and the family (gene) issues of my own case compelled me to move for similar disqualification of Judge Sharpe (also denied).

When I say that Gary Sharpe went to town on me, I can prove it. For example, a Syracuse news reporter contacted me within hours of a punitive Sharpe decision before I even knew of it. A highly defamatory article resulted and it propagated on the internet. When Bruno’s book was released, all traces of it mysteriously disappeared. Hence a corroboration of Bruno’s complaints regarding Sharpe’s bias was suppressed from the public. This post represents a secondary media response, and we ask you to help make it viral.

As Senator Bruno explains at page 199 of his book, Judge Gary Sharpe was appointed to the federal bench through back room politicking unlike legislators who face much greater public scrutiny in the elections. Once appointed to a life term on the federal bench, there is not much you can do to hold them accountable beyond impeachment by Congress which is all but impossible.

However, impeachment of Gary Sharpe would be proper here because a single appeal or admonition will not guarantee that this judge will disregard his private, Hitler-esque, gene theories. Under the bizarre Sharpe doctrine, decisions could be made by race, gender, creed or sexual orientation. We no longer need juries, prosecutors, defense counsel or even courts for that matter. It is a grave  corruption of judicial office on top of so many others.

As Joe explains:

“I don’t believe that all judges are as flawed as I thought Sharpe to be, as arrogant and resentful and eager to take a turn in the limelight, but if they are and a high- profile defendant comes before them, the opportunity to punish these unfortunate souls must be irresistible- payback, I suppose, for being forced to cozy up to power brokers to get their robes.”

Ironically a similar point was made in my own book nearing publication. As a long time public figure who took a conscientious stand against his own profession, I was also a prime target. However, the judicial corruption in my case was much more alarming because the power of our judiciary was being abused. Judges were suppressing valid public criticisms of their conduct outside the courthouse through a corruption of due process inside the courthouse. Here is an excerpt from my first chapter:

Their agenda began with the usual spineless deflection from duty when a serious wrong is brought before our courts, one which threatens big money interests. Divorce lawyers, child psychologists, court evaluators and forensic experts were only some of the beneficiaries I extolled as court predators They were cultivating an epidemic for profit which led to the Goliath I was out to slay.

Delusional perhaps, but there were weapons in my arsenal. I had an unblemished professional record, I had defeated high profile firms to invalidate a billion dollar casino, the New York Times had sent reporters to cover my campaign for Congress, and Morley Safer actually traveled to my law office for an interview featured on 60 Minutes. How could they discredit all that and more? But they did.

As far as I can tell, Joseph Bruno never reached the Supreme Court in either of his two prosecutions ending with an acquittal in 2015. I petitioned it five times. The systemic bias argument and Judge Sharpe’s gene theories reached the Supreme Court on June 17, 2016. I was joined by a doctor, dentist and engineer, all victims of domestic courts around the country, in a news conference on the steps of the courthouse itself in Washington D.C. Even the liberal Trump-bashing Washington Post confirmed that its editors had round-tabled our news release for a story which has yet to happen.

Within weeks of that filing and news conference, my claims of systemic judicial corruption were corroborated in a manner I never expected, by the high court itself ! I was forced to file a motion for disqualification of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg due to her news releases from chambers attacking Donald Trump. At the time, he was a candidate for president highly promoted on my website at the core of my pending First Amendment case. My publications here were not small time. They were being targeted by litigation adversaries in formal reports and a family judge (Daniel King) had gone so far as to impose a gag order on this website. It was later removed when I challenged it in New York Supreme Court.

Ten days after filing my disqualification motion, my follow-up resulted in a clerical claim that it could not be located despite certified proof and postal tracking confirmation. The following morning I received a call acknowledging its existence (properly filed under Rules 21 and 22), but that it would be treated not as a standard motion (requiring a formal decision on the record)  but as a mere “suggestion,” whatever that meant (nowhere in the rules or law that I am aware of). That “suggestion” and motion were never mentioned in the (routine) one-line denial of my petition four weeks before Election Day (roughly only 100 of 10,000 petitions are granted annually for decision). Look it up at Leon Koziol v United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, Case No. 15-1519.

As stated, this publication provides valuable precedent for parents seeking justice in these courts, and it should be shared across the internet. As my closest supporters have observed, the timing of events in my ten year ordeal has no earthly explanation. It has saved me so far from the onslaught of retributions which any qualified and conscientious judicial whistleblower can expect.

As fate would have it, while I was preparing  this post, a parent victim in Washington e-mailed me a desperate request for assistance in the filing of a petition before the Supreme Court to review a decision from his state’s high court. Only yesterday, I featured a post regarding “Aliana’s Ordeal,” and her quest for Supreme Court review of a Massachusetts high court record-tampering case. One week ago, I received a Divorce Corp Basecamp e-mail from Gary Trieste seeking input on a federal lawsuit he filed against Ulster County Family Court as a self-represented plaintiff.

I will not confer any legal advice, but I can state that after 30 phenomenal years of litigation in federal and state courts, including a $333,000.00 civil rights verdict argued before Justice Sonia Sotomayor in Patterson v City of Utica, 370 F.3d 322 (2nd Cir. 2004), I have been there and done it all, from jury trials to rallies in Washington D.C. attended by a mere 20 victims. My attempted class action lawsuit for victimized parents says it all, Parent v New York, 786 F. Supp.2d 516 (NDNY 2011), and it might save you a tremendous amount of money and aggravation.

My public appeal for donations remains pressing as vindicated once again today. We need proper financing for my Parenting Rights Institute to lobby Congress, our new president and monitor proceedings in local cases for true public accountability. Otherwise the abuses will simply grow in number and severity. We are long past the time for taking serious action. Unfortunately the victims would rather pontificate from the comfort of their home keyboards about their individual gripes to no one who cares while exhibiting no concern for fellow victims. Meanwhile, opposition special interests have millions at their disposal.

In contrast to my critics, I have traveled across the country, attended reform conferences, lobbied inside Congress and the United Nations, visited victims at their homes, and even sought international protections for human rights violations in Paris. Only a handful of benefactors made this possible. If you think that keyboard warriors and phone fighters are going to get you justice, your time might be better spent getting another loan or a second job to pay for the lawyers who profit from all our misfortunes, making deals and trade-offs in the back rooms while you’re waiting anxiously and nervously in the courthouse lobbies.

This epidemic is not on any government radar because no one is making any real noise about it. Unless and until a million parent march converges on Washington, everything else is just fodder for our court house rest rooms. The Gary Sharpe trilogy: Bruno, Cossey, and Koziol (and Tatiana Neroni?) represent an opportunity for all court victims to obtain universal justice by organizing behind a petition for his impeachment to our members of Congress followed by a rally when they do their usual dance and disregard routine.

Federal Judge Gary Sharpe closed the courthouse doors to all American family court victims. He has fallen in line with others across the country to keep us in this condition of custodial servitude and “kangaroo court” proceedings, In re Gault, 387 US 1 at pg. 28. So once again, I respectfully ask you to shed the GED court experts, bottom feeders and keyboarders by making a donation, raising funds for a truly qualified watchdog group (Parenting Rights Institute) and joining a petition for the impeachment of Judge Gary Sharpe. Our office number is (315) 380-3420 and you can reach me personally at (315) 796-4000. AND  PLEASE ! NO  KEYBOARDING  OR  E-MAILS  !

Anti-Parent Federal Judge Gary Sharpe Exposed by New York Legislator in New Book: Keep Swinging

image.jpeg
This book, Keep Swinging, by former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno, exposes the misconduct of federal judge, Gary Sharpe, during a failed six year prosecution that cost federal taxpayers over $15 million. It was released in late 2016 at about the same time that a Syracuse news article regarding Dr. Leon Koziol’s civil rights case mysteriously disappeared from the internet. That article corroborated Senator Bruno’s opinions and included depictions of Sharpe as an omnipotent judge whose misconduct encouraged parents to take the law into their own hands.

There is no current legal recourse for a litigant parent or civil rights attorney who exposes misconduct in our courts. The Supreme Court has granted judges absolute immunity and has rejected every petition to date which seeks whistleblower protection in our third branch of government

Our Top 10 Corrupt Judge series has become a big hit. Now as Donald Trump contemplates his pick for the long vacant ninth seat on our Supreme Court, we want to assure that the corrupt judges here hit the park bench and not any other kind of bench.

This is the third of a three-part series we call “Turkey Trilogy,” designed to protect all litigants from corrupt judges. You should subscribe to our Parenting Rights Institute if you have any case in any court impacting your children.

With all our uncompensated work exposing court corruption over the years, we leave it to you, our fellow victims, tortured as you must be during the holidays, to make good therapy by sending this out to the world.

Send it to fellow victims so they don’t feel “crazy” for lodging legitimate complaints to these useless commissions. E-mail a copy to your member in Congress or legislature, public interest group, lawyer, media, or even your “adversary.” You’ll be happy you did.

1. Albany Federal Judge Gary Sharpe

In First Place, is Albany U.S. District Court Judge Gary Sharpe. Gary was at the #5 spot last month but he acclimated quickly to the top spot after former New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno (also a former boxer) released his recent fast selling book, Keep Swinging: A Memoir of Politics and Justice.  You will recall how we condemned Judge Gary Sharpe on our last list, here is what the popular statesman said about him in his book as featured in the Albany Times Union:

Judge Gary Sharpe presided over Bruno’s two criminal trials “with a perpetual expression of blunt rage and a haughtiness that seemed to rise off his robes like smoke from a block of ice.” A paragraph later, he called Sharpe “arrogant and resentful and eager to take a turn in the limelight.”

So you see, we are not a rogue or misguided secondary news site here at Leon Koziol.com. Our motto continues to be “You just can’t make this stuff up.” This is the same judge who abused his power to suppress our public message of court reform as presented in our report released this week. It seeks to obtain funding for a nationwide Parenting Rights Institute.

Here is our review from last month:

Gary is a really great family man. He has two sons that managed to get appointed to prosecutor jobs for the state and federal government where Gary was once employed, also as a prosecutor. He presided over the costly criminal trial involving New York Senate Leader Joseph Bruno.

Joe was finally successful in having the charges thrown out after years of proceedings that cost taxpayers some 14 million dollars. At one point, Gary made a spectacle of himself by lashing out at Joe during trial with the public admonition that he (Gary) was in charge of the court and not the defendant (Joe) who was simply trying to talk to his lawyer at the same trial table.

Well that was sure good to know, but it’s small potatoes compared to Gary Sharpe’s misconduct in another criminal trial two years later. You’re not going to believe this but it’s true. You can look it all up at United States v Cossey, 632 F3d 82 (2nd Cir. 2011) where Gary was removed by a federal appeals court in Manhattan for announcing his discovery of a human gene which the scientific community would not learn about for another 50 years. According to Gary, the Sharpe gene could decide how to sentence criminals.

This one is a real dusey, folks,  so it will take a little longer to explain. Under the Sharpe doctrine of perverted decision making, we no longer need juries, lawyers or even the Constitution. The psychiatric profession is “all over the board,” so we don’t need them either. We can decide how long a person goes to prison by the kind of human gene which a delusional judge can make up without any scientific support whatsoever.

For lack of a better explanation, this psychotic episode can be called the “omnipotent judge doctrine” applicable to race, gender, ethnic origin and maybe even a “custodial parenting” gene.  I moved to have Gary removed from my federal civil rights case on the basis of this doctrine but he retaliated instead by dismissing it without mentioning a full one-third of my supporting precedent.

I guess Gary felt that our Supreme Court was also “all over the board” with their supreme rulings so he could disregard those people as well. In the end, he effectively closed the federal courthouse doors to his public critic.

And you wonder why a police investigator took the law into his own hands in a murder-suicide upon exiting child support court leaving three children without parents and the city with a $2 million liability, Pearce v Longo, 766 F. Supp. 2d 367 (NDNY 2011). Gary Sharpe is appointed for life and can only be removed by congressional impeachment. Good luck with that one.

Gary “Sharpe” must be limiting his reading lately to the book, After the Madness, by ex-con and disgraced ex-Chief Justice Sol Wachtler of New York’s high court where it is explained that judges are trained to think of themselves as gods. Nevermind the law books if you get this judge folks. Bring your biology, psychiatric and political manifestos instead. Maybe even an exorcist !

2. Family Judge Daniel King

In Second Place, is Lewis County Family Judge Daniel (a-okay) King). He retains the same spot as last month but some important facts need to be added to “keep him in his place.” I don’t know how the New York Judicial Conduct Commission could have overlooked so much incompetence and ethical misconduct, but hey, I understand this is New York where the top leaders of our Legislature who appointed its members are now in federal prison. King’s gag order on this site was removed after I sued him in New York Supreme Court for violating a little  law called the First Amendment.

“Dan King,”as he introduced himself on the phone to my ex, was removed from my case this past June after we exposed his alcohol consumption at a tavern near the courthouse in Lowville, New York with his children in the vicinity. Witnesses confirmed that the barmaid had his drink committed to memory.

We did not explain why that was so offensive, but Dan is the guy who has been abusing family court by retaliating for my valid public criticisms by exploiting my precious daughters. When he could find no evidence from a perjuring mother (Kelly Hawse-Koziol) to facilitate her sick goal of father replacement by a pervert millionaire named Joseph Flihan Jr.,  he fabricated an unprecedented condition of “prohibited alcohol related gestures” regarding a wedding toast to place limits on my parenting time.

That’s right folks. You read that correctly. I’m not making this up. That’s how badly they wanted to punish my free speech. It can be found in a December 2, 2013 decision which was temporarily set aside by an appeals court judge due to “structural flaws” and lack of evidence. There were bigger issues here but the higher courts apparently wanted to avoid judicial embarrassment so they simply ignored it later on. First of all, there was no such prohibition in any order prior to this wedding, and secondly, what exactly is a “prohibited alcohol related gesture” so that the sane parent can know how to comply.

The judicial cover-ups and retributions were so appalling that it forced me to get a group to investigate Dan up in his own home town. Who are you, Dan King, to judge moms and dads who simply consume a legal beverage like you do? To date nothing has changed, Dan. There’s still no evidence (not even an accusation as the appeals judge declared), to support your spiteful, deranged “gesture.” The people should be protesting daily for your removal from the bench like the next one was !

3. Family Judge Bryan Hedges

In Third Place, is Syracuse Family Judge Bryan Hedges, my custody judge. I moved to have him removed from my case because I objected to any procedure of cross-examination involving my young daughters in private chambers without the parents present. His court appointed child lawyer, William Koslosky, who hates his dad, has no children and loves his fees, countered my motion with a declaration that Judge Hedges’ reputation was “beyond reproach.” He reluctantly granted my motion due to an “appearance of impropriety” based on the “political espionage” disclosed by his chief family court clerk.

Judge Hedges was then removed from the bench shortly afterward for admitting to sexual misconduct on his handicapped five year old niece. Gotta check each of those noun modifiers folks. He’s that pathetic, a real life child predator in chambers with your children arguing in his defense that her little hands were not actually in direct contact with his ___ in the act of (fill in the blanks). Look it up at In Re Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677 (2013).

4. Syracuse Administrative Judge James Tormey

In Fourth Place, is Syracuse Chief Administrative Judge for the Fifth Judicial District James Tormey. That’s a lot of noun modifiers too, but Jim is a politician more than he is any kind of judge. In the federal civil rights case,  Morin v Tormey (and Hedges), 626 F.3d 40 (2nd Cir.2010), the Onondaga County Chief Family Court Clerk successfully sued Jim for retaliation based on her refusal to conduct “political espionage” on a competing judge candidate during an election.

Like my family court matters, she was moved to distant assignments as far away as Lowville, New York. She recovered $600,000.00 against Jim and his pedophile colleague Bryan. Jim is the guy assigning all these “impartial” colleagues to decide my custody and support matters which impair my licenses, livelihood and income capacities. He is at the center of my John Grisham ordeal.

5.  Family Judge James Eby

In fifth place is Oswego County, New York  Judge James “dweeby” Eby, new on the family bench who got in line with 35 previously disqualified trial judges in my 10 year originally uncontested divorce. He retaliated for my reform efforts and exposure of family court corruption (i.e. this website) before such entities as the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption.

As soon as the 35th judge was removed from my case (Dan King), Dweeby took over with a vengeance. Prior to meeting any of the parties (as far as I know), he sent arrogant “tough boy” notices that no teleconferences would be considered (contrary to standard and earlier observed practices). In another notice he declared that the civil practice rules would be strictly followed. There was no justification for any of this and none was provided.

This required the parties (and taxpayer financed William “Potatoes” Koslosky) to engage in a 140 mile round trip to a courthouse near the Canadian border to receive a decision that had already been completed prior to that first appearance and arguments. You think maybe the dweeb is acting like a complete child here? Has the unethical hate, unlawful bias and unconstitutional retaliation become that brazen? Should we all just respond by taking the law into our own hands?

That’s right folks, this is how justice is “served” in New York. Ya think maybe politician Tormey, Dan-boy King and Dweeby Eby might have been talking outside the presence of the litigants to orchestrate all this? Nah! That would be unethical and a clear violation of judicial code. Besides, the Commission on Judicial Conduct has already stated in a series of determinations over six years that Dan “a-okay” King, Jimmy “the geek” Tormey and other corrupt judges among the current gang of 38 are “a-okay.”

James “dweeby” Eby is the reason why Kelly Hawse-Koziol abused her “custodial power” to make it all but impossible for me to have a meaningful fatherhood and holidays with my daughters. More on “Kelly the Grinch who stole Christmas” in coming posts. In the meantime, keep up the “good” work Jim Dandy. Study those law books to protect this child abuse industry. I’m still standing and exposing the corruption.

6. Ex-Judge Michael “Cowboy” Daley

In Sixth Place is Ex-Judge Michael “Cowboy” Daley. Yeah that’s right folks, this guy styled himself as some kind of gunslinger judge when he was on the bench in 2010. He must have been watching too many movies because I know he wasn’t doing his judge homework.

I could recall pictures of John Wayne, ranch and rodeo scenes and other self-love paraphernalia in the hallway and offices of his chambers in Herkimer County, New York. However what Mikey seemed to overlook is that his image was not a heroic one. He got the cowboy image because he did as he pleased instead of what the people and their laws prescribed.

In my ordeal, I had the rodeo wanna-be disqualified from a criminal case where I had represented a falsely accused city administrator. A newly elected mayor tried to replace her expeditiously and Daley was the go-to guy for political matters. He threw a temper tantrum not far from his John Wayne picture when I refused to take a guilty plea on her behalf.

This emotionally traumatized woman stuck with me even when the Cowboy threatened her and berated me like a spoiled little brat in open court (because I dared to have him removed from her case). Fortunately she did stay loyal to me because the replacement judge threw out two counts of her felony indictment before trial and the remaining four after a jury trial was concluded. She subsequently brought civil charges against the city.

I knew the day would come when I would have to “pay” for my proper ethical conduct and successes over an unblemished 23 year career as the “bad guy” exposing government corruption. Years later Judge Daley accepted my personal child support case out of proper assignment order and despite earlier disqualification on my client cases.

Cow-Boy committed himself on the record to have a hearing on my removal motion but issued a decision instead behind closed doors violating me without a hearing. I’m not making this up, it’s all backed up in the record, and the New York Appellate Division did nothing about it along with the do-nothing state Commission on Judicial Conduct. It led to my first license suspension in 2010, lifted two years later when an agreement was reached.

Well every dog has its day. My adversaries are gradually getting justice delivered in unexpected ways as I continue to be vindicated year after year in this ordeal. My website at http://www.leonkoziol.com explains it all. Cowboy Daley lost his judgeship when he failed to get needed party endorsements.

Evidently a failure in private practice, he tried out for a lower judge post but was again rejected. Finally this past year, he ran for the job he once held as Herkimer County DA and got buried by Scott Carpenter, a lawyer with far greater integrity, a true Clint Eastwood. He made our day by sending Cowboy Daley to Brokeback Mountain.

So it looks like you were right after all, Mike, but not the way you expected with all that reckless gunslinging. You said it best in those stupid campaign commercials with your cowboy hat declaring “Not in this County.” You’re not anything in that county anymore Mike. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! You’re full of holes today just like your violation order was in 2009, from pathetic justice to poetic justice.

The seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth place awards go to Judge Wade McCree of Michigan who got a litigant mom pregnant in his chambers while presiding over her support case; Judge Gerald Garson of Brooklyn caught on FBI video taking a bribe to fix a custody case; Judge Thomas Spargo seeking a bribe from a lawyer to fix his divorce case one way or the other; and finally the Pennsylvania judges in the “Kids for Cash” scandal. They’re now doing time for accepting kickbacks from prison contractors based on the number of juveniles they convicted. Some 4,000 convictions had to be overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court which is itself immersed in scandals and resignations.

Welcome to Justice in America ! Here at the Parenting Rights Institute, we are doing what we can to correct this epidemic but need your contributions and support.
