Are you paying endless fees to a Kangaroo Court? We may get you justice!

kr
The late Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortas described them as “Kangaroo courts.” He was referring to family courts. Look it up at In re Gault, 387 US 1 at  pp. 27-28. Was he describing your court. It’s time to get your own “justice!”

Judicial misconduct is the most censored, least publicized and gravest aspect of our federal, state and local governments. You can simply ignore it and move on to your next on-line entertainment, but chances are it will find you especially in our nation’s domestic relations courts. So read further and share this post. It may be the most important one you will read in a long time.

The judiciary is our least accountable branch of government. Anyone who dares to reform it can expect severe retributions with no recourse. Judges enjoy absolute immunity for their reckless and even malicious acts. Judicial conduct commissions from New York to California are window dressing entities influenced by politics, typically investigating less than 10% of complaints.

So what does that mean to you? How do you know if your case is not already fixed, rigged or bought-off? You’re spending thousands, even millions of dollars in lawyer fees while your judge has already decided against you due to a bribe or political influence. Are you shocked by that, naive about the people in robes? Well here at Leon Koziol.com and Parenting Rights Institute, we have generated shocking examples of judicial and lawyer misconduct from our work all across America.

We are an up and coming “Judicial Watch” for divorce and family courts, doing the work where our oversight commissions are failing us. Currently we are soliciting investors and donors to upgrade our effectiveness. We will come into your community, home or court to monitor your case and seek accountability for any misconduct. As Director of Parenting Rights Institute with nearly 30 years of trial experience in both federal and state courts, I am dedicated to exposing corruption. It may be the only way you can secure true justice and turn things around.

We offer a Court Strategy Program to keep you from being abused and a team of experts to expose corruption in your case if it exists. It is well worth your while, for the sake of your children if nothing else. Look us up at www.parentingrightsinstitute.com, call our office at (315) 380-3420 or contact me personally at (315) 796-4000 for justice. Then take a look at this shocking excerpt of misconduct from a book I wrote to be published for divorce victim Tamara Sweeney entitled Jurassic Justice:

Examples of court corruption are provided throughout my work for victims nationwide. Many are quietly suppressed and “read like a docket sheet in any criminal court.” That is what I declared publicly time and again. Yet the public continues to hold judges beyond reproach. The fallacy of that belief was well demonstrated by my custody judge who was also declared by lawyers as  “beyond reproach,” at least until he was removed from the bench after admitting to sexual misconduct on his handicapped five year old niece: In re Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677 (2013).

One of the shocking cases cited to make my point, and the need for meaningful accountability, involves a New York Supreme Court Judge in Brooklyn caught on camera taking a bribe from a divorce lawyer. It was part of a scam to shift custody from a mother to an influential father. Had the feisty mother not convinced the FBI to act upon her evidence, this judge, Gerald Garson, would still be dispensing “justice.” It begs the question: how many other such judges and cases are there? What can explain Tamara’s bizarre case? We let you decide as our story continues.

The conviction of Judge Garson for federal crimes was actually not the most shocking part of his case. Due punishment was compromised by judges and lawyer colleagues supporting his early release in 2009. Now you have to ponder that for a moment. If Garson’s colleagues are still backing him after a crime which goes to the heart of our justice system, what does that say for their tolerance of corruption generally? Isn’t this where precedent is set and examples are made?

While the “Honorable” “Justice” Gerald Garson was busy generating unreported income through an abuse of judicial office, another New York Supreme Court Judge, Thomas Spargo, was busy securing a bribe against a father arguing a client case before him. At a dinner conversation, he requested $10,000 to help defray the cost of legal fees needed to defend against judicial misconduct charges pending against him at the time.

Like Judge Garson, you have to ponder that as well. Judge Spargo was already being prosecuted for judicial misconduct and resorted to more serious behavior to get out of it. He referenced this lawyer’s own divorce which might be transferred to him. The pressure was not uncomplicated. Play ball or else. I suppose the lawyer could have won his divorce for a nominal “fee” to this judge when compared to a contested case. He was placed in a real quandary, deciding ultimately to report the crime only after taking steps to avoid false claims that could cost his law license.

Chief Justice Sol Wachtler of New York’s high court was imprisoned for numerous crimes during the nineties. In his book, After the Madness, he explained that judges are made to believe that they are gods. Such deep rooted convictions do not disappear. Judge Wachtler went so far as to direct paid court staff to dig up grounds for preventing licensure of a New Jersey lawyer assisting the judge’s mistress to discover a man making extortionist and kidnapping threats involving her daughter. That elusive man turned out to be the judge himself.

Then there’s that family court judge in the state of Michigan, the “Honorable” Wade McCree, whose case defied all manner of ethics. He admitted to adulterous sex in chambers with a litigant mother while presiding over her child support case. Judge McCree was removed from the bench for all sorts of misconduct involving numerous cases only after the affair (and pregnancy) was confirmed. The father, placed on a tether for support arrears during this affair was denied recovery for the horrific misconduct by a federal appeals court on grounds of judge immunity.

These and other cases are easily found on the internet to verify a judicial corruption epidemic of undefined proportion. Most people view judges as honorable office holders committed to justice, equality and all that other good stuff we read about in high school civics classes. But behind the black robes, in the recesses of chambers and among discreet exchanges in restaurants, bars and golf courses, there is often quite another set of characteristics at play.

Bias, coercion, schemes, scams, deal-making and outright crimes are taking place which violate all manner of ethics formally placed in our judicial codes. In our nation’s domestic relations courts, such corruption is taken to the next level under a pretext of family confidentiality, thereby concealing the misconduct and protecting a trillion dollar industry built on needless conflict.

Lift Your Spirits During the Holidays: Find Hope at Parenting Rights Institute

2008 television clip depicting Dr. Koziol’s achievements as a trial attorney prior to founding the Parenting Rights Institute.

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Since founding the Parenting Rights Institute, I have helped countless parents avoid the pitfalls of divorce and family court through non-lawyer assistance and precedent- seeking actions. Here at Leon Koziol.com or Parenting Rights Institute, you will find a treasure trove of professional assistance to lift your spirits during the holidays while helping you save thousands of dollars in fees and irreparable damage to your children. Let’s chat, maybe there’s a unique strategy to resolve your issues which you are unaware of.

I have sacrificed everything for this cause because our nation’s divorce and family courts continue to operate under an archaic custody system which has become a gold mine for lawyers and other family court predators. That is why I have produced video documentaries, court monitoring reports and book manuscripts for court victims across America. We also keep up on the news affecting moms and dads. For example, in an article published in the November, 2016 edition of the Utica Phoenix, yet another veteran jurist (New York Family Judge Joan Shkane) writes:

The Child Support Standards Act (Federal Title IV-D) has not been modified much in the last approximate quarter century. Some experts say that it has not caught up with the realities of modern life. A higher earning parent may pay full child support even if the children are with that parent roughly one-half the time. This is because the law still considers the higher wage earner as the non-custodial parent for the purpose of child support.

What Judge Shkane carefully avoids, however, is how the lucrative custody system exploits children for lawyer profits. She makes no mention of the barbaric harm which this system inflicts upon innocent children. Instead she goes on to emphasize that child support is a right of the child not one or both parents. What she is really saying is that the children belong to the state and not mom or dad because it is the state which mandates the naming of a “custodial parent” for federal Title IV-D funding for the courts. It is the state which enforces child support through draconian practices that include debtor prisons. It is all a part of Hillary’s Village and New World Order.

Consequently you have to learn about the current real life issues in these courts, the kind of information that no lawyer, judge or child predator is going to tell you. That is why you should invest in the Parenting Rights Institute, donate to this site or purchase our Court Strategy Program. Look it all up at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com. I continue to receive compliments and encouragements from my thousands of followers and subscribers worldwide. Here is one received recently from a Dr.Rachael Robertson:

Leon,

I read the supplemental brief (my first reading EVER) and you have done a great job.  Of course, I have my own story but some other time.  From the maze of intellectual vocabulary and terminology, thank you for standing firm.  I’m not sure if I believed your drive was due to the love of your daughters (after all who loves American teenagers) or the obligation of family unity.  I particularly enjoyed the flagrant inclusion of unjust cases based on race, social standing and mindless radical behaviors. Thank you, in the end your daughters will love you and your fight.  Your daughters will soon acknowledge your heroism and the damage will heal. And although your struggle is real, heart breaking and traumatic, your writing is captivating and electrifying! Forget about the book okay?  Go for the TLC manuscript.  Your story not only applies to fathers but the willful act of majesties and governing bodies to extract money from families.
It is like the inevitability of Charlie Brown to never fly that kite…. in the latest movie .. he does!

Turkey Trilogy Part Two: Custodial Parent Dodges Murder Outcome

images
There is a growing level of family court psychos masquerading as “custodial parents” bent on eradicating the other parent for the sake of welfare benefits (child support) or revenge. It has been described as an epidemic in our (Parenting Rights Institute) reports to Congress, the Supreme Court, Justice Department and United Nations. Children are being severely alienated and even turned against both parents by unscrupulous lawyers orchestrating needless controversy for profit. The damaging consequences of state child controls and a “Parentless World” are everywhere today.

Administrator’s Note: This is the second of a three-part series we call the Thanksgiving Trilogy or Turkey Trilogy. The entire series was first published on Thanksgiving Day 2016. And now we are featuring each one on successive days this Black Friday weekend. With all the uncompensated work we have put into our joint reform efforts over the years, we have neither the resources nor the time to make it viral. We leave that to you, our fellow victims, tortured as you must be right now. So kindly pick one, pick them all, and make good therapy of your time by sending them out to the world. Send it to your representative in Congress or state legislature, a commission, good government group, your lawyer, media, even your parent “adversary.” Maybe you’ll be very happy you did.

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Okay, Hank, so they don’t celebrate Thanksgiving Day in Denmark. That’s where you proudly accepted that custody “award” from your Danish divorce judge. But who do you “thank” for that great honor today?

The mother of your child, Felicity, is dead. She took her life when you “denied” access to her infant child less than one year after your marriage in Malaysia. She jumped off a balcony in Copenhagen because she could not handle the separation. Only 33 years old, Hank, and a “brilliant” woman according to Oxford University in England where she was educated. Are you proud of your achievement? Or did you “abuse” your “power?”

Where does your child go for an explanation many years from now? What are you going to say Hank? Oh, she was “crazy?” Or should you accept the “honor” of being a self-serving psycho? The world is now in awe over your stupidity and arrogance. Shouldn’t you and your judge be brought up on murder charges? Were the grave consequences of your foolishness really so unpredictable?

I have no more time for you, Hank (Henrik Frederiksen). I will leave my fellow parent followers with Wednesday’s post for details on your horrific conduct as a “custodial parent.” Great job Hank !

Felicity Frederiksen was just another mom unable to cope with a custody order that prevented her from seeing her “baby daughter.” She recently jumped to her death from a balcony in Copenhagen, Denmark according to an inquest conducted in Hatfield, England on November 17, 2016. She left notes depicting her desperation during a divorce underway less than one year after her marriage in Malaysia.

To the judge, it was just another day on the bench, to the half pint gladiators just another day at the office inciting needless controversy for profit. To Henrik, the husband, it was a job well done on his political home turf. But to the infant and families, it was a preventable and horrific death which will forever haunt both “sides” of this custody war. Welcome to Western society’s version of civilized justice and a trillion dollar industry.

The 33 year old mother, a graduate of Oxford University, was described by The Times UK as an “exceptionally brilliant” scholar employed by the World Health Organization. She spoke four languages while my ex-wife struggles to get through one. How did this judge, surrounded by so-called “professionals,” miss the signs? How could anyone leave that court and not “honorably” take their own lives for causing such a despicable outcome?

I have compared these barbaric custody courts to the Roman Coliseum. Instead of a long suppressed and progressive shared parenting presumption, custody mandates still pervade our domestic courts due to their lucrative nature. In America, under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, our federal government actually rewards the states by number and magnitude of support orders manufactured through these custody mandates.

But in the end, does anyone really care? When a victimized dad burned himself alive in front of a New Hampshire family court in 2011, they simply hosed away his ashes into the sewer. Sorry Thomas Ball, no matter that you fought for your country or were a descendant of George Washington’s mom: no media editorials, no protests, no reform. Hey it’s just another dead parent, collateral damage of a lawyer enrichment program.

Over the past ten years I have literally saved lives as part of a reform effort against my profession in these courts. I sacrificed a lucrative law practice at the hands of criminals masquerading as judges and lawyers bent on preserving this gold mine called “family Court,” an oxymoron if there ever was one. As my followers know, the retributions were relentless and unconscionable after 23 unblemished years as a civil right attorney.

A veteran was saved moments before our Parenting Rights Conference in 2011, another one year later. A mom unable to cope with parental alienation was given hope in 2013, a lecturer was turned around that same year, a public safety officer stuck around in 2014, a fugitive mom described her attempts in 2015, and a doctor in 2016 was dissuaded over the phone just in time. One dad is now a fugitive in Israel after I helped prevent a disaster.

However the losses are more grievous. A radio host and dentist who interviewed me on Syndicated News in 2010 finally took his life in April after years of custody battles. Lawyers, psychiatrists (armed with their 300 disorder manual) and other court predators should be nowhere near any “family” court. “Visitation” is for funerals and prisons. War terms so common to a litigious society must be removed from child rearing processes.

Like anything, life saving reform will take money to achieve. Unfortunately the countless victims of this corrupt government enterprise would rather protest to each other from the comfort of their homes, keyboard warriors pontificating to no one of influence, an entire “base camp” of “talkers” who have achieved absolutely nothing and more likely have made matters worse. Our “donate” option continues to attract cobwebs on this site.

Recently I completed a Public Initiative Summary and Business Plan to attract serious minded reformists. My goal is to expand the effectiveness of our Parenting Rights Institute to expose misconduct where the political oversight committees are failing us, to save victims one family at a time. I no longer sponsor any conventions or rallies because the 20 or 30 people who show up only prove to the predators that there is no real problem to fear.

If you are serious about correcting this growing epidemic and its damage to our health, productivity and moral fiber as a nation, join our movement. You can even set up your own PRI satellite operation on any laptop to solicit donors, investors or purchasers of the PRI Court Program (you earn $50 for each successful referral). My goal is to become the “Judicial Watch” for our divorce and family courts. Feel free to call our office at (315) 380-3420 or me personally at (315) 796-4000.

Best regards,

Dr. Leon R. Koziol, Director

IMPORTANT: Please share this post with someone you know who has been brutally denied access to his or her children during the holidays. You have friends, supporters and advocates for reform and justice more than you know. We just need the funding to save our children from pycho alienation tactics one family at a time. We require donations, investments and purchases on this site to do that. Unfortunately victims prefer to pay into that bottomless pit of lawyers and family court predators. So you cannot expect things to change anytime soon.

Administrator’s Note:

Congratulations to Dr. Koziol for having the courage to stand up to the corruption, sticking by your principles and all of the hard work that you do for moms and dads across America. It’s been a long road. Today is the day something magical has occurred. The people have finally come together and said, enough is enough!

Once again, you have been further vindicated for all of the pain and suffering that you have been forced to endure at the hands of the spineless cowards who tried to suppress your message. Not only did they show callous disregard for the relationship that you once enjoyed with your precious daughters, but they exposed the true evil that exists amongst us. It’s a danger that you have long warned us about here at LeonKoziol.Com. Hillary Clinton and her “village” are that evil – They have now been sent packing!

Today is a new beginning! Our work is far from over. Today is the day for all parents to come together and call upon or government to return our children. They are not the property of the state nor can we afford to sit back any longer and continue to watch our families get further torn apart.

Today is the day that all parents are being asked to renew their commitment and join forces with Dr. Koziol as he embarks upon what will inevitably be his greatest accomplishment of all time – working with President-elect, Donald J. Trump to Make America Great Again!

Stay tuned!

Parents Backing Trump Because They Cannot Surrender Their Children To Hillary’s Socialist Village

Nuclear family versus Hillary’s nuclear “Village” for child rearing: Get out and vote or accept the consequences.

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Most Americans don’t see it yet, but our children are gradually being taken from us through a socialist movement known as the New World Order. Since the early nineties it has been championed by the Clinton Crime Family and depicted in shocking detail by Hillary in her book It Takes A Village. The text is filled with socialist propaganda but reduced to its essentials, Hillary declares that the state is better equipped to raise our children.

Evidence of this trend is everywhere, from state funded day care centers to an antiquated family court system where moms and dads are required to war against one another to obtain custody and support “awards.” This barbaric process does two things to advance Hillary’s New World Village: 1) It rewards her lawyer friends and the predators who incite these needless wars, and 2) It routinely brings out the worst in parents who love their children the most. Otherwise they would simply surrender their rights.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see how this process advances New World propaganda. Mainstream media focuses on salacious divorces of famous people as opposed to reform efforts of secondary and social media like Leon Koziol.com or Parenting Rights Institute. The state is thereby able to publicly distinguish itself as the savior of children harmed by warring parents increasingly made subject to court controls and an inverted order of child rearing that defies natural laws successfully observed since creation itself.

In numerous postings, publications, and court filings, I have become a modern day Paul Revere. I have supported my predictions and been proven correct time and again despite an unprecedented witch hunt to discredit the public message. Indeed even my adversaries agree with it, veteran jurists such as Family Judge Dennis Duggan who declared the custody system to be antiquated and horrific in its destruction of workable parent-child relationships. See Webster v Ryan, 729 NYS2d 315 (2001) at fn 1 where he condemns use of the offensive terms “custody” and “visitation.”

Shared parenting is the constitutionally preferred model but it threatens Hillary’s Village and the profits of her lawyer friends. The voting public remains duped by Clinton’s ultimate lie because she is supported by the billionaire elite which has contrived this New World Order. But a massive undertow has been at work as the carnage peaks to a point of violence in our streets, schools and courts. Parents are wising up to reality and uniting behind Donald Trump to dissolve Hillary’s Village. After all, Donald Trump did not create chaos, chaos created Donald Trump. Who else anywhere can truly reform all branches of government?

Time will tell when the voting booths close tomorrow. It’s an epic election defined by “wars” and personal attacks, it’s Trump’s family v Hillary’s Village; Trump’s locker room conduct as a private citizen vs Hillary’s national security risks as a public official; America First vs New World Order; “Secondary” and “Social” media vs “Mainstream” and “Liberal media;” Populist liberty vs Establishment control; a successful billionaire who exploited our tax laws vs a crooked politician who committed crimes with elite immunity; FBI vs Loretta Lynch; Genuine Law and Order vs Terrorist Infiltrators and Family Predators; the “War on Women” vs the “War on America.

God Bless America, its parents, our families and children !

Again We’re Proven Correct, Hillary’s Corruption Leading to Lawless America

2008 television clip depicts David and Goliath battles of Dr. Leon Koziol as a New York trial attorney prior to founding the Parenting Rights Institute

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Over the past week, I have elevated my focus on corruption at the highest levels of government. From the Supreme Court where I filed a motion for disqualification of Justice Ginsburg to Hillary’s Village take-over of child rearing as part of her New World Order. I cautioned my followers about a regime so corrupt that the people will follow the lead of Hillary and begin to take laws into their own hands. And so it happened. FBI agents have revolted against Justice Department politicians like Attorney General Loretta Lynch who is busy protecting Hillary on an Arizona tarmac and now with our nation’s highest office.

If politicians, judges and prosecutors are going to continue to enjoy the benefits of “official” and “unofficial” immunity, why not the rest of us? Are we not a self-governing society? Aren’t they supposed to be our “public servants?” Indeed at least one criminal defendant in Florida has already asserted a Hillary precedent defense. I have formally raised the issue in my latest case before the Supreme Court. And if our standard-bearers of lawyer ethics are not prosecuted (chief counsel and deputy lawyers fired for falsified time sheets during their witch hunt on me), then why should the rest of us follow the rule of law?

I have published so many corruption stories over the past six years on this site that we are about to see an implosion (if not an explosion) in Washington, maybe even our courts. This is where federal funds are being abused to reward family judges and divorce lawyers who incite needless controversy between parents for profit. It’s called Title IV-D funding, a sort of “pay to parent” scandal of unconscionable proportion. How can judges rewarded in this fashion not be disqualified for bias? In my domestic case, 35 trial level judges were disqualified, unprecedented in history. I must have had something right when I set out to reform this corrupt system.

But I cannot do it alone while retributions escalate. So please read on, share and support me while we might still be able to avert further harm to our children and future generations…

Opening News Story at the time Parenting Rights Institute was founded in 2010

From the PRI Administrator

The Parenting Rights Institute (PRI) was founded in 2010 as an advocacy group for moms, dads and families victimized by abusive divorce and family courts across the country. An office was opened in New York with a Court Program to assist poorly represented or self represented parties. It featured a seminar lecture and five part reading program with court forms and transcripts to educate parents and prevent serious financial and personal harm. Its updated version is available at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com or by ordering it from our office at (315) 380-3420.

The work of the Institute expanded in the years since. A planning session was conducted at the Plaza Hotel at Central Park in Manhattan attended by lawyers, former judges and parental advocates. In 2011 we conducted a Parental Rights Convention at a hotel conference room attended by activists from different parts of the country. Five time Super Bowl winner Tim McKyer was a featured speaker. In April, 2012 we sponsored a lobby initiative in Congress. Two months later, a rally was held at the federal appeals court at Foley Square in Manhattan to support the parental rights case, Parent v New York, argued by Dr. Leon Koziol.

In 2013, Dr. Koziol was among those selected to give testimony on behalf of the Parenting Rights Institute before the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption at Pace University. That testimony can be found on Leon’s personal website at http://www.leonkoziol.com and it was cited by a lawyer committee in Albany to suppress and censor his reform efforts. Corruption exposed at the Moreland hearings included Leon’s pedophile custody judge, Bryan Hedges, removed from his case for “political espionage” and from the bench one year later for admitting to sexual misconduct upon the judge’s handicapped, five year old niece. He also exposed fictitious college degrees used by his replacement Judge Daniel King to impose draconian support and custody orders in retaliation.

In 2014, Dr. Koziol participated in a video documentary produced by Dr. Joseph Sorge of Divorce Corp focused on child support abuses, judicial corruption and marginalization of parents for profit. These abuses have remained without real accountability and causing taxpayers mounting expenses for their criminal and family court systems. Another censorship process was commenced by a lawyer ethics committee against Leon citing the video as its source. That process was vigorously challenged on First Amendment grounds but it prevented him from making a formal presentation at the Divorce Corp Family Law Reform Conference in Washington D.C.

In May, 2016 gag orders on our public statements were removed after Leon filed an extraordinary mandamus action in New York Supreme Court. We have achieved a record for holding lawyers, judges and family court predators accountable where our political ethics commissions are failing us. We have traveled as far away as Hawaii, California, Nashville, Carolinas, Canada and Paris seeking recourse for parent rights violations. Children are being abused, needlessly alienated and exploited for profit in a manner never seen before in human history. The media is ignoring a growing epidemic at the root of our societal problems, moral decay and worker productivity. Bar associations and special interests anxious to preserve a trillion dollar gold mine are suppressing reform, true accountability and parent advocacy groups such as the PRI.

A documentary published this month by Dr. Koziol and PRI produced immediate reactions from powerful adversaries. Entitled “Family Court Epidemic in Rural America,” it exposed shocking aspects of unmitigated corruption in divorce and family courts which is escalating all over the country. These are plain talk presentations publicized through You-Tube and viral sites everywhere that eventually work their way to the top of Google searches regarding the lawyers, judges and entities we are investigating and exposing. In this way the Parenting Rights Institute has become a citizen’s commission for judicial accountability. We are doing the vital work of those who are neglecting their paid public duties. In short we have become the Judicial Watch or NRA for abused families.

However, we cannot effectively advocate without resources. Currently we refer legal representation to trusted outside attorneys. We would like to hire in-house counsel and investigatory staff to properly assist victims in their individual cases. A professional video crew could bolster publishing efforts while employed to support formal complaints to government agencies. Our goal is to monitor court proceedings, publish books and documentaries and lobby Congress and our courts for reform and proper accountability. We have a petition for writ pending before the United States Supreme Court and are prepared to file another with co-petitioning victims (joiners) from around the country. Indeed we have done remarkable things with a fledgling volunteer staff and nominal donations which cannot keep up with expenses.

These are only some of the strategies underway and detailed in a business plan which is available to potential donors and investors. Accordingly we are appealing publicly to you for help. You may be in a position to join our efforts or invest personally. You may also know of a business, estate or philanthropist who can provide the needed financial support. Our potential cannot be denied. The proof is found throughout our website pages at Leon Koziol.com or the Institute.  As the thirty second television clip here shows, our PRI Director Leon Koziol has won numerous high profile cases, but this “War on Parents” is clearly his greatest challenge. Help us help you. Invest in our Institute. Download, share and e-mail this message. You can also chat directly with Leon at (315) 796-4000.

Get Justice For Your Family Through Video Documentaries of Court Ordeals

It’s a new program to secure justice and reform for those abused in our nation’s divorce and family courts. This program features documentary investigations and publications. It is gaining popular support because mainstream media is not holding lawyers, judges and their appointed evaluators accountable. Misconduct, malpractice and exploitation of our children are being overlooked. This is one such video produced by Dr. Leon Koziol, Director of the Parenting Rights Institute. It features two non-custodial parents subjected to abusive child support proceedings and parental alienation.

This is a trillion dollar industry we families are up against. Reform and accountability are being suppressed by powerful special interests and bar associations. Custody awards are being obtained through bribes and gross violations of our constitutional rights. Learn more about it while saving your money and children at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com. This video was monitored by courts, judges and a lawyer ethics committee which retaliated (as predicted) to its shocking and highly informative content.

Melissa Hayes, one of the parents in this video retained Dr. Koziol to investigate and report on corruption in her family court case. Within days of public release, it propagated to the top pages of Google searches of the targeted judges, lawyers and government agencies. When regulatory commissions fail to hold our public servants accountable, it becomes our duty under the Constitution to do it on our own. Contact us for more information and cost estimates for your case.

Dr. Koziol brings more than 23 years of experience as a constitutional rights attorney to people and places all across the United States to secure justice for those oppressed in these courts. He recently filed a case with the United States Supreme Court seeking a Special Master in federal court to conduct public hearings on the subject. He is asking moms and dads everywhere to sign a petition of support behind this case. You can also call our offices at Parenting Rights Institute: (315) 380-3420.

Join Supreme Court Petition for Shared Parenting and Judicial Accountability

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

I am proposing an extraordinary writ from the Supreme Court to hear its first ever shared parenting case mandated by the Constitution and proper accountability for the routine violations of basic rights in our nation’s divorce and family courts. Unlike the standard petitions for writ under Rule 14 of the Supreme Court, I will be filing under Rule 2o. It is a rarely used form of petition “in aid of the court’s jurisdiction.” In this case I am maintaining that undue obstacles put in the way of parents in our federal and state domestic courts ultimately impair access to our high court contrary to due process and Article III of the Constitution.

I will file for this writ as a parent and victim of retributions by our divorce and family courts but only if a sufficient number join. You don’t have to be a litigant or victimized parent but you must have incurred some kind of harm from this system to justify your participation. You can do so at no charge although we rely on donations or purchases at http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com. You will join as a separate petitioner and not as a party represented by me. I am not acting as a legal advisor. This is a bold and timely petition seeking greater access for parents before our high court.I will ask that a Special Master be appointed to investigate an epidemic in these courts with hearings held around the country should the Court accept this petition.

I will be publishing a series of posts here at www.leonkoziol.com to explain the content and objectives over the next few weeks. If a sufficient number of parents or court victims join, I will prepare the petition for viewing. You can retain counsel if you like and a period will be set aside from the time of publication here for you to withdraw your participation in the event you disapprove of any aspect of that completed petition. You can also offer input or modifications but keep in  mind that I have little assistance and resources. My time is better spent here and your time can be ideally applied to viral assistance, recruitment and donations.  The tentative issues follow:

QUESTIONS PRESENTED

1) Has the Supreme Court rendered itself inaccessible to petitioners and the vast majority of our citizens in violation of due process and Article III of the Constitution?

2) Has the Supreme Court erected and ratified onerous obstacles to federal court jurisdiction for parents victimized in divorce and family courts contrary to due process, a fundamental liberty interest and genuine principles of federalism?

3) Has the Supreme Court encouraged or justified private remedies for law abiding citizens to vindicate their constitutional rights when its duties were abandoned here?

Three Parental Rights Cases considered by Supreme Court at same time today

By Dr. Leon Koziol, Director

Parenting Rights Institute     http://www.parentingrightsinstitute.com

But is access to our nation’s highest court illusory for the vast majority of us?

That is among the questions posed before the Supreme Court today in a mandamus action entitled Leon Koziol v United States District Court for the Northern District of New York being considered on the same day as two other parental rights cases. In another mandamus action, Marbury v Madison, 5 US 137 (1803), the Supreme Court rendered one of its most controversial decisions in which it seized the power to interpret our Constitution and thereby set itself up potentially as a super-branch of government.

The Marbury case has held up to the present day despite much criticism from the likes of Thomas Jefferson and Franklin Roosevelt. But the chance for an average citizen to obtain such an interpretation is next to zero. That is because our high court only accepts roughly 100 of 10,000 petitions filed from around the globe. Perhaps more startling is the fact that our Supreme Court has only two more members today than it did during the time of Marbury while Congress plays politics with a vacancy. Since 1803 our population has grown from about 5 million to over 300 million. You calculate the probabilities.

Congress has adapted with our growth along with the executive branch and their huge bureaucracy, but little has changed with our Supreme Court. That may explain why no shared parenting case has ever been decided by our high court whereas abortion is a regular part of its docket. Against such odds, there are at least three parental rights cases being considered by our high court on the same day, September 26, 2016, and a fourth working its way through our federal courts.

They are all pro se cases due to financial exploitation in the lower courts and professional retaliation for those who challenge the judges who promote it. To make up for a century of void in these cases, I have asked the Supreme Court to order a Special Master to investigate and report on the vast erosion of parent-child rights under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (supports standards and incentive funding to state courts). We are losing our parental rights through conflict profiteering and revenue making practices that violate due process.

As Americans we should all have a reasonable belief that our highest court will hear our concerns. We should not have to expect that a few prominent law firms guard the door to this court. For this reason four professionals from around the country took a stand as victimized parents on the steps of the Supreme Court. They have asked that our parenting rights be heard as abortion, marital equality and other rights have. Here are excerpts. Three presenters have no lawyer background yet in my expert opinion they articulate the core issues better than many trial lawyers with whom I have litigated during my 25 year career. REASONS  FOR  SUPPLEMENTAL  BRIEF

While children in Allepo, Syria are diving and swimming in a pool created by a missile strike (Associated Press, 9/15/16) respondents are hanging on to a “prohibited alcohol related gesture” as a sufficient danger to petitioner’s children to prevent father-daughter contact here in the United States. That “gesture,” assuming it could be understood at all, was not prohibited by any court order, and it consisted of a 2013 wedding toast with petitioner’s children nearby and no alcohol history of any kind as found by an appellate judge.

Sanity dictates that there is obviously something else driving an absurd process challenged by this precedent seeking action on constitutional grounds. Due to a highly abused pretext of promoting our children’s so-called “best interests,” lawyers and conflict profiteers are concocting endless issues to beat up opposing parents. So bad is it today that the entire divorce industry is coming under serious fire as it drags down a noble legal profession.

This ordeal represents the outcome for a judicial whistle blower, victimized parent and conscientious civil rights attorney who set out to reform this industry. However, absent discovery rights or a reliable self-regulating agency to remedy a colossal failure in human rights, persecution is now the sole outcome. It is being ratified through inaction of our federal courts. This is not petitioner’s first endeavor to access our Supreme Court on a long neglected issue. But it will provide the highest authority either way to justify an escape from the oppression that is undeniably present.

An alcohol gesture remains the reason cited in a December 2, 2013 decision for suspending child contact that continues to this day. It was manufactured after no evidence could be provided to show any parenting problem, consumption of a legal beverage being standard issue for abusing parents in our nation’s divorce and family courts. There are many more, a veritable treasure trove of accusations in a system designed to maximize profits and court revenues at the expense of children and families under a federal statute.

Point Two:  Domestic courts are not constitution-free zones, and routine obstacles to federal jurisdiction can no longer be abused to deny parents basic rights.

Domestic relations courts are no longer matters of local or state interest. Constitutional violations here were fueled by a federal funding statute and a state revenue system based on the magnitude and number of child support orders manufactured under Title IV-D of the Social security Act, 42 USC 651 et. seq.; Bast v Rossoff, 91 NY2d 723 (1998); Dept of Family v DHHS of U.S., 588 F.3d 740 (1st Cir. 2009)

Beyond that the events occurring since this petition was filed have only proven beyond any remaining doubt that respondents are forever committed to their agenda for censoring and suppressing the petitioner using every means available to them. The overriding reason for denying this public critic his discovery rights in the Northern District of New York was a concern for exposing judges to abuse.

Recognizing this interest, petitioner brought an action for extraordinary relief under FRAP Rule 21 with a request for the appointment of a special master to investigate and report on the complex ordeal inflicted upon this public critic and parents throughout the country as exemplified in the Second Circuit. This was the course of action taken by the same federal court in the Oneida land claim class action of 1998, a case in which petitioner was intricately involved, Oneida Nation v Oneida County, 132 F. Supp. 2d 71 (2000).

The obstacles to federal court jurisdiction and good faith petitions for accessing this Court can no longer be tolerated or glossed over. This is a nationwide epidemic corroborated by other cases decided by this Court since petition filing. For example, in Universal Health Services v United States, No. 15-7 (June 16, 2016), a teen girl was placed under the care of a counseling center having unqualified staff which administered improper medication resulting in a worsening of a bi-polar diagnosis. She died of a consequential stroke.

This Court allowed the family’s action to go forward under the federal False Claims Act based on an implied false certification theory of liability. In family courts throughout the nation parents and children are being referred by judges and lawyers as a matter of course for psychiatric evaluations on the slightest accusations of a scorned ex-spouse. All too often entire families are over-medicated, bankrupted or permanently harmed by this lucrative referral program in these courts.

In this case, a scorned ex-wife acting on advice of lawyers anxious to harm petitioner, requested and obtained a forensic order in 2011 for the parents and children without cause of any kind. The biased judge who issued that order was disqualified, her replacement was removed from the case on motion of petitioner and removed altogether from the family court bench for admitting to sexual misconduct upon his handicapped five year old niece, In re Bryan Hedges, 20 NY3d 677 (2013).

On September 23, 2011, the next (veteran) family judge, Michael Hanuszczak, vacated the order on the same record employed by his two predecessors to order and continue the evaluations. This event fully verified in the record shows just how arbitrary these forensic orders truly are and how easily they can be exploited to harm a public critic as respondent Judge Daniel King did only two years later. On July 12, 2016, his replacement Judge James Eby refused to honor that precedent on the case, thereby producing a permanent loss of petitioner’s children.

The DSM-5 manual used to diagnose psychiatric conditions and process insurance claims has at least 300 disorders and 600 conditions that can destroy careers and keep parents and children under state control and medication for many years. It is beyond epidemic and leading to suicides, bizarre activity and needless destruction of parent-child relations in criminal ways. A special master must be assigned to investigate this crisis because it arises exclusively in our judicial branch. It has been a long time since this Court took a bold move to correct a court created injustice of such magnitude, see Finlay v Finlay, 240 NY 429 (1925); Bast, supra and Brown v Board of Education, 347 US 483 (1954). The case for extraordinary recourse could not be better.
