Putting together a 3-day event of this magnitude in our nation’s capital is a daunting task to say the least. But we learned a lot last year with our first Parent March on Washington held on May 1-3, 2019. To make all of this happen efficiently, it became necessary to reschedule this year’s events for May 27-29, 2020 (one week earlier than the original dates set for June 3-5).

Already I have filed march permits, coordinated our agenda with the Metropolitan Police, assured an escort down Pennsylvania Avenue, and reserved ballroom space at the Holiday Inn Capitol for our organizing and expert speaking event. This puts us one month ahead of last year with three more weeks on the other end.

The hotel is ideally situated near the end of our parade route and only blocks away from the Capitol and congressional office buildings. It is in the middle of everything in downtown Washington D.C. and perfect for our second day lobby initiative or even a sightseeing tour. Those who attended last year’s events are already familiar with the venues and identical itinerary for this year’s Parent March on Washington.

Yes, we are growing the momentum. This is not another one of those “in-and-out”  events in the sweltering heat of summer when Congress and the Supreme Court are not even in session. We must be heard and seen in the prime of weekday business activity if reform and accountability are ever to occur in our nation’s divorce and family courts.

This is a proven, credible event over a three day period which you will be proud to be a part of. You will learn, as those did last year, that you are not alone in your ordeals and challenges. We are focused this year on getting the attention of candidates for president and Congress with party conventions only weeks later.

We are also resuming our nationwide conference calls tomorrow. If you are interested in being part of our event management team, feel free to call our office at (315) 380-3420 or e-mail me at leonkoziol@gmail.com. Keep in mind we are a grass roots movement reliant on donations and volunteerism. There is a lot going on now with much more to do on a daily basis.

Help us raise needed funds and spread the word on this vital affair to benefit parents, children and families across America!

They’re back… Parent March on Washington 2020. For the sake of our Children, Join us!

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Maybe they just didn’t hear us last year. Or maybe our leaders in Washington were more focused on politics, the Mueller Report and impeachment inquiries than the needs of their constituent moms and dads pleading for an investigation of family court abuses.

Whatever the reason, since our first annual Parent March on Washington, May 1-3, 2019, the needless deaths of parents and innocent children due to family court abuses have grown. Untold emotional and financial suffering has grown with it.

Most recently, on January 17, 2020, an 8-year old boy, Thomas Valva, fell victim to a hypotheria-induced death in a Suffolk County, New York home caused by his NYPD father and fiancee. Both were indicted yesterday.

Three months earlier in Philadelphia, a mother, Damyra Jones, murdered her husband and two children before attempting suicide. On July 31, 2018, James Shield, who lost his Manhattan physical therapy practice to a custody battle, committed a triple murder-suicide, leaving his son, ex-wife and current wife dead.

Despite a growing epidemic, it’s business as usual in our nation’s divorce and family courts. That epidemic was described in great detail in our report delivered by victimized parents to all members of Congress on our second day of events (Lobby Day), May 2, 2019.

Even as that report was being prepared, on March 28, 2019, Brian Kennedy walked into a local Wawa Store in Delaware and gunned down his ex-wife with a semi-automatic rifle. That store was selected for child exchanges due to the many surveillance cameras.

Eclipsing that event one week later, the mother of a 17-month old child was shot dead in front of a Hawthorne, California police station during a similar exchange. Neither venue proved to have any deterrent effect.

For these and other reasons, I have been contacted by parent groups, reform advocates and victims of divorce and family courts across the country to sponsor a second annual Parent March on Washington. The goal this time will be to impact the upcoming presidential and congressional elections.

As explained in our report, the carnage is being caused by a federal funding law which rewards the states and their family courts by the number and size of child support orders they issue and satisfy. We’re talking about billions of dollars under this little known law.

Those dollars depend on the number of “custodial parents” that can be manufactured by our family courts even in situations where co-parenting is working without state interference. It is a gold mine for judges, lawyers and countless service providers, hence the vicious retaliations exacted upon reformers and judicial whistle blowers like me.

On the last day of our 2019 event, we featured a memorial to family court victims. They included 2-year old Gabriella Boyd who was murdered by her mother. It also featured the “walking dead,” parents and children who have fallen victim to severe parent alienation caused by the same antiquated custody system.

By numerous accounts of those involved in the reform movement, the Parent March on Washington was the most successful event to date. It occurred without a single glitch and only $475 in donations outside of those I obtained personally. And a common theme among speakers was the need to continue the momentum.

Therefore a tentative event along the same 3-day agenda as last year is set for May 27-29, 2020. This will give us one more month than last year to grow the numbers into the thousands. Given the proven success of last year, recruiting efforts will be highly effective.

Unfortunately, I was forced to take over many assignments that were abandoned or sabotaged. Sadly there are too many splintered groups with “moles and trolls” committed to killing all reform efforts. This past month I filed a major brief in federal court as part of my ongoing quest to have our petitions properly heard.

Therefore we need your help to make this work. If effective volunteers and sufficient donations are not obtained by May 1, 2020, the event will be cancelled.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AND JOIN US FOR AN EXCITING MARCH DOWN PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE UNDER POLICE ESCORT. Start by participating in our conference calls: e-mail me at leonkoziol@gmail.com or call the Parenting Rights Institute at (315) 380-3420. There are many permits that I need to process along with speaking venues and hotel accommodations, so time is of the essence.

Parent March on Washington: A Grand Finale With Police Escort of Participants Down Pennsylvania Avenue. Celebration Conference Call Monday 7PM EST

Parenting Rights Institute

Given what we had to work with only two weeks ago, a $475 budget, the Parenting Rights Institute produced the most successful parental rights event known in our nation’s capital. For those who did not come, you missed out on history. For those who did, you got great satisfaction, new friendships and something for your personal scrapbooks to last a lifetime, exactly as I promised three months ago when this all began.

For those who did not know about this event, your opportunity lies in the future of our movement which this March has galvanized to unprecedented levels. The events were conducted exactly as I laid out in my 3-day itinerary beginning with a caravan from Liberty State Park in New Jersey. We went from small numbers in drizzly weather to a peak performance in beautiful sunny weather at our nation’s Capitol Building.

To get a sense of what you missed, roughly 100 aggrieved moms and dads converged in front of the White House on May 3, 2019 to demand an investigation of America’s family courts and the human rights violations caused by federal funding abuses in those courts. Our goal was to shift national focus from the Mueller Report and the parent-child separations at our borders to those occurring daily to American parents in our family courts here at home.

After one hour of messages conveyed through bullhorns, banners and signage, and not to mention a permit granted by the National Park Service weeks earlier that included our message, a group exited from inside the White House to view our event. We definitely captured the attention of tourist groups and passers-by. I was veritably impressed with the speeches and First Amendment activity at the start of our March in Lafayette Square Park. Everything was non-vulgar and non-violent as I required.

Then, at 1 pm, we left that venue, and as we approached the avenues of Washington D.C. under the separate jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Police, three police cars and two motorcycles lit up their emergency lights to escort us down Pennsylvania Avenue for the 2 mile trip to the Capitol and Supreme Court. Now you have to imagine this for awhile before reading on.

The entire three lane eastbound Pennsylvania Avenue (not just one lane as originally promised)  was cleared just for our March. When was the last time you took control of the most prominent thoroughfare in the world? As we arrived at the Capitol, it got better. We were escorted across the other side of the Avenue to enter the Capitol grounds for the continuation of our March. Here the third jurisdiction took control of our procession, the Capital Park Police. At one point during that cross-over, all six lanes of Pennsylvania Avenue was ours.

The fragrance of diverse flowers greeted us as we were directed onto the large pedestrian walkway under perfect weather conditions, 82 degrees and sunny with a feeling of the tropics as we continued. Our message was necessarily clear, simple and repetitive. Three questions from our March leaders with three answers from March participants which captivated office workers on lunch breaks, tourists eager to see such displays and member of Congress who were put on notice of this March during our lobbying campaign the day before. I think I still hear us all in my dreams:

“Who are we?”

“American Parents!”

“What do we want?”

“An investigation!”

“When do we want it?”

“Now!”

Thanks to Glenn Svobota, whose voice was nearly gone by the time we reached our 2-mile destination, this message resonated so that it did not get lost with the countless others that have diluted rallies sponsored by other groups. More importantly, our message resonated while Congress was in session (as opposed to the summer events I’ve attended). We made two stops along the way in front of the Justice Department Building and Supreme Court where one of our participants, Dr. Anthony Pappas, had a case pending there focused on court corruption.

We ended the March on the Capitol grounds across the street from the Supreme Court where a sound system was provided for speakers. All were given the opportunity to present their ordeals and petitions to be included in a documentary being produced by Philadelphia Attorney Lawrence DeMarco. So effective was our message that inquiring tourists were anxious to buy our yellow tee-shirts with the bold letters “Parent March on Washington.”

I was honored to lead this March down Pennsylvania Avenue in my favorite blue NYPD shirt accompanied on my side by Super Bowl winner Jamie Brown of the NFL Denver Broncos. Jamie was one of our parade marshals who reported that this March was more rewarding than the one he was given for his Super Bowl victory.

After a celebration at the Capitol Grill Restaurant, our three-day event concluded at the premier location for events, Area One in front of the Capitol with the Washington Monument in the opposite background. Here we conducted a Candle Light Vigil in memory of veterans, parents and children lost to suicide, parent alienation and premature death. It was led by Steven Boyd and his family (Gabriella Boyd Foundation) who lost a two year old child to this family court epidemic

Sadly, over 100 candles prepaid by Kim Durkee never arrived after she fell ill during one of our conference calls and was rushed to the hospital. The man who promised to make her delivery never showed. It was one of our few let-downs, but we made up for it by using our i-phone lights. We were rewarded as the evening progressed when the Capitol itself lit up in a manner that looked like candles across its stately edifice. We promptly shifted our position to yield a very special photo of this grand 3-day affair.

At our rally on Friday afternoon, participants asked that I continue our Monday and Thursday Conference calls so that we can “capitalize” on our success here and grow the movement. Hopefully this time next year we will produce thousands in Marching numbers with meaningful reforms.

I would like all callers who came to our events to announce what they liked best about their experience. It might be something you observed of the viewers along our parade route or a special statement by one of our expert speakers at the Congressional Ballroom. We will close tomorrow’s call with ideas on where we go from here. It’s the same number and access code when prompted (605) 313-4165. Access code: 763491.

Nothing like this has ever happened before in our nation’s capital. The “Family of America” will be marching down an entire lane of Pennsylvania Avenue, the most prominent thoroughfare in all of America, from the White House to the halls of Congress this Friday, May 3, 2019.

They will be demanding a federal investigation of human rights violations in our nation’s divorce and family courts. It is a three day event beginning this Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Click here for itinerary, purpose and related details.

It was a bear of a process but I was able to make this happen. Now YOU have to make it happen by calling your friends and neighbors to make the trip to the actual March which  begins assembling at Noon on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Lafayette Square Park located across from the entry way to the White House.

You should imagine yourself making history as you pass by the stately grounds and greatest edifices of the free world. This your property, and for one day at least, our nation’s capital belongs to the moms and dads which made all this possible.

All four jurisdictions that I have had to deal with along this parade march have been gracious and efficient. There were many conditions of the several march permits which had to be satisfied, most notably those related to security. This includes the Commander of March Permits at the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, Secret Service, Homeland Security Bureau, National Park Service and Capitol Park Police.

I have appointed marshals for the parade consisting of two divisions, Michael Paladino, a U.S. Marine veteran and Jamie Brown, a Super Bowl winner of the Denver Broncos football team. Mr. Paladiono quickly re-enlisted for service after the 9-11 attacks, and during training exercises he was hit by a vehicle from behind. He survived but spent the next two years in a wheel chair. He lived to experience this day.

Jamie has been active in the head injury litigation against the National Football League and he has been a victim of PTSD arising from his mistreatment there and in Family Court. I met him after a National Whistleblower Summit in Washington two years ago.

Typically he is approached for autographs and you may want to get one between Noon and 1pm when we assemble for the Friday March. There may be other famous people present as this grows but I cannot guarantee anything.

On tonight’s nationwide conference call, I will be doing a state-by-state roll call of March participants. I want to get a sense of our national presence for the March. I am also working feverishly to wrap up the March addendum to our lobby packets which will be distributed to all attendees at our May 1, 2019 orientation event at the Congressional Ballroom, 550 C Street SW, Washington D.C. (a few blocks below the U.S. Capitol.

This addendum features the ordeals submitted to me and Melissa Antio of Michigan over the past two months. I was able to get my friend (print shop owner) to grant yet one more day for its production to include some submissions received as late as this morning (well beyond our deadline). That means I will probably be working well into the night on this project alone.

People continue to call in to announce their attendance. Our Speakers List for Lobby Day, May 2, 2019, at 7 pm in the same ballroom still awaits one more reply. Dr. Mark Roseman is among those who have been confirmed. That list will probably not be publicized on this site until late tonight or tomorrow.

As always, our daily call number at 7 pm EST tonight is (605) 313- 4165; Access code is  763491 when prompted. This number will remain as our conversation forum throughout this three-day event beginning with our American Parent Caravan leaving Liberty State Park, Jersey City, and ending with our Candle Light Vigil in front of the U.S. Capitol (facing the Washington Monument) on the evening of May 3, 2019 (after our March ends).

Call the media, spread the word and make your donations on this site. This will be a grand affair but a costly one as well. Now you have to get the numbers to show up. I can’t wait to meet all of you finally in person.

More Good News: The Parent March on Washington will become a documentary

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

In only a matter of weeks, the vision of a powerful reform statement in our nation’s capital is becoming reality. Promoted as the Parent March on Washington, now there is more incentive for victimized parents to join us. All the divorce and family court ordeals presented at the speakers events will be consolidated into a video documentary. When completed at a later date, it will be published everywhere and submitted to all members of Congress.

This is a crucial development because your stories will now be “eternalized” as the producer described it. Collectively they will become a powerful statement lasting well beyond our three-day event. This documentary is being financed by a Philadelphia lawyer (and former judge candidate) based on his reading of our recent report “Federal Funded Epidemic” and the videos published on this site, http://www.leonkoziol.com.

Only the ordeals of those who come to this March will be included. There are two speaking events for this purpose. On May 2, 2019 at 7 pm, in the Congressional Ballroom of the Holiday Inn Capitol, 550 C Street, SW, we are featuring expert speakers in law, politics, education and psychology. By coming here, you will obtain valuable information to apply to your cases. Extraordinary ordeals will also be featured where time allows. There is no charge for this event.

The second speaking event is the one on May 3, 2019 at the end of our March across from the Supreme Court (Area 10). This is where anyone can offer their stories of corruption, parent alienation and other human rights violations occurring in these courts. A microphone and sound system will facilitate this at approximately 3 pm (depending on the time of the March which begins at the White House at 1 pm). We are inviting mainstream and social media to both events.

To maximize our success on behalf of victimized parents everywhere, we need you to share, promote and support this event. We also need you to make and solicit donations on this site. This event is costly and we rely on your financial assistance. It’s time to shift the focus from illegal immigrants at our borders to American parents separated from their children here at home. Join our nationwide conference calls beginning dasily on Monday, April 20, 2019 at 7 pm EST. Call (605) 313-4165, enter access code 763491 when prompted.

Featured below are excerpts from speakers near the same location at a news conference in 2016. It begins with Dr. Mario Jimenez of Miami, Florida. The purpose was to draw attention to a case which I had docketed the same day at the United States Supreme Court (in the background). Now, an economics professor from a prominent university has a case which will be reviewed by the Justices here only days after our March ends. He will be speaking at both events.

A 24-page report has been completed and will be the main component of our lobby packet to Congress and Justice Department on Lobby Day, May 2, 2019. That’s the middle day of our 3-day Parent March on Washington. Click here for itinerary and purpose.

This report details how federal funds are being abused by divorce and family courts to cause parental alienation and human rights violations. It contains highly valuable information based on my 23 years as a practicing attorney in these courts, 12 years as an abused parent, and 10 years as a whistleblower victim.

A federal investigation, congressional oversight hearing, Shared Parenting Law and Judicial Whistleblower Protection Act are among the recommendations being made. It is now available at no cost by e-mailing me at leonkoziol@gmail.com or viewing it here. That link will soon be provided.

This report should be used to request meetings on Lobby Day with your representatives and contacts in Washington. Here is an opening excerpt:

A FEDERAL FUNDED EPIDEMIC

Vital Report Justifying a Federal Investigation of Human Rights Abuses in Divorce and Family Courts

While our federal government struggles with illegal parents separated from their children at our borders, American parents are being separated daily and without accountability in family courts across our country. Under federal law, a “custodial parent” is mandated for states to qualify for billions of dollars in performance grants, Dept of Family v DHHS, 588 F.3d 740 (1st Cir. 2009). This, in turn, undermines shared parenting laws and cooperation, i.e. Bast v Rossoff, 91 NY2d 723 (1998)(attorney parents’ agreement struck down for failure to name a “custodial parent”).

Under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, 42 USC Section 658(a), state courts earn vast amounts of revenues from our federal government through performance grants based on the number and size of child support orders issued and satisfied. Not only does this create an inherent and systemic bias among ostensibly impartial jurists, it incites needless conflict between parents forced into an oppositional framework for deciding custody, support and other disputes.

Originally intended to recoup aid to needy families from absentee fathers, Title IV-D was later expanded to encompass all “non-custodial parents,” good and bad. By lumping them together, federal funding was thereby increased exponentially. Such a performance-based program proved highly ineffective on common sense grounds alone. Parents who love their children will use their God-given liberties to advance the interests of their offspring. Instead, natural human incentives are countermanded and replaced by a rigid control structure for money generating purposes.

Federal money thrown at divorce and family courts in this way has become the proverbial gas thrown on a fire. As veteran family judges have observed, this oppositional framework leads to a winner-take-all contest that draws the worst from parents at a time when children need their best. One example is the case of Webster v Ryan, 729 NYS2d 315 (Fam. Ct. 2001) at fn 1, where “parenting time” was preferred over “custody” and “visitation” due to a system which has “outlived its usefulness.” Such terms are more appropriate for prisons and funerals, but their use here causes judges to treat parents as criminals and objects of exploitation for federal funds.

Title IV-D protects this antiquated “custody” framework derived from a day when moms were caretakers and dads were the breadwinners. From that outdated framework, an epidemic has emerged which is producing escalating harm to government, families and society as a whole. It is a silent epidemic suppressed by special interests and bar associations which benefit from custody and support battles. Federal funds have induced states to seize parental authority beyond the rational limits of the judges and lawyers they license to regulate family relationships.

The separation here is not the simple product of divorcing or separated parents. It is an insidious form of separation, far worse than the kind experienced by immigrants, because children are being programmed to ignore, even hate their parents, for the principal purpose of generating lawyer profits and court revenues. Worse yet, it is done every day without so much as a pause from federal lawmakers who, knowingly or not, funded the parent-child separations. The end result is a panoply of societal ills that have elevated government programs and taxpayer burdens.

This insidious form of separation has become understood as “Parental Alienation.” That term derives from the work of Dr. Richard Gardner, an American child psychologist who produced books and studies to show a condition known as Parent Alienation Syndrome or PAS. This condition emerged from custody and support wars featuring one or both parents abusing our courts for reasons other than the “best interests of children.” By removing the “non-custodial parent” from children’s lives, the alienator and courts guarantee a support and revenue stream.

It has become a pay-to-parent scandal, a tax on children, where parent alienation is not so much a condition as it is a symptom. It can be compared to tobacco companies which denied the harmful effects of smoking for decades to resist protective laws. Here, one entity to target is the highly automated Child Support Collection Center in Albany, New York. It has a single confidential office which rakes in billions of dollars in aid and support interest with little accountability.

Parent March on Washington is now at the verge of making history: Be a part of it!

By Dr. Leon Koziol

Parenting Rights Institute

Last night’s nationwide conference call was the best to date as organizations from around the country are joining our Parent March on Washington. It is now a three-day event growing in stature with each passing day thanks to the grass roots volunteers who recognize that something very professional, organized and productive is occurring here. This is not a loose collection of protesters carrying signs with conflicting messages to passers-by. It has a long term agenda.

How can this event make history?

The timing for a parent march could not be better. This is the moment we have waited for. Here’s why:

  1. The Mueller Report has cleared the president. Now a growing number of leaders want our government to move on to domestic matters and the people they are elected to serve. That means American parents, not those invading our borders to gain free services.

  2.  During the weeks preceding our May 3rd March, members of Congress will be reviewing the Mueller Report while the taxpayers will be fed up with costly political witch hunts of the kind experienced by those who expose corruption.

  3. The border crisis will then take center stage with our event timed perfectly to shift the focus. Moms, dads, grandparents and extended families have been exposed to this relentless focus on illegal immigrants while corruption is being ignored here.

  4. Corruption of justice is expanding to alarming levels with crimes of unprecedented proportion. It will take the parents of America to instill true accountability and moral fiber in our government. That’s the way it’s been since the beginning of time.

  5. Parents have never organized like this in our nation’s capital and the timing could also not be more urgent. We have been the silent constituency exploited by greedy lawyers and corrupt family judges for too long. Now we make our stand.

  6.  This will be an exciting three-day affair you will not want to miss. Imagine a pure grass roots assembly of parents with no money, special interest or political backing, a turning point in a gridlock Congress where parents end the national divorce between Democrats and Republicans that is destroying our country! We may then get them to understand how family courts are destroying our families by pitting moms against dads for fees and federal revenues.

Thanks to those fine Americans who are now making this event viral so that we can grow the needed numbers. Lodging reservations are being confirmed every day and hotels like the Harrington (suggested in February) are already filled. Thanks also to those who are fighting off the wolves already trying to stop us.

Why the event?

We are going to Washington to demand a federal investigation of our highly corrupted family courts which misuse federal funds to cause wrongful separations of parents from their children. We want to shift national focus from illegal parents at the borders to legal parents subjected to human rights violations here at home. First the basic itinerary:

1)  On May 1, 2019, we are featuring the American Parent Caravan (APC), a cycle, vehicle and truck motorcade en route to Washington from various locations around the country. One of them already has 200 bikes and vehicles committed. It is starting at Liberty Park, Jersey City and it ends at Veterans Memorial in Washington five hours away. This event has been very effective in prior movements supervised by our organizers. At 7 pm, a meet-and-greet affair will occur at a hotel (or hotels) to be announced.

2)  On May 2, 2019, after a briefing breakfast meeting, TBA, we will split into groups to meet with members and staffers at the Capitol to deliver and promote our report and lobby packets containing an addendum of case summaries offered from across the country. By growing the numbers, we will have sufficient constituents of every member of Congress to gain access. The prior day motorcade and next day March will add greater incentives for our leaders to hear and act on our demands. A review-preview affair will occur at 7 pm at a hotel(s) to be announced. People are already arranging the latter.

3)  On May 3, 2019, after a briefing session TBA,  we will begin assembling at Presidents Park in front of the White House at 11 am. The main event, our Parent March on Washington, will begin at 1 pm and proceed to Upper Senate Park for a rally in support of a Congressional Oversight Hearing. We want to give victims direct access to those who can produce meaningful reform. The March ends at the Supreme Court where mainstream, social and secondary media will be invited to hear our individual ordeals. The 3-day affair will conclude that evening with a candlelight vigil in front of the Capitol in memory of those who have committed suicide or lost their children to alienation.

We are being censored!

If you don’t think that this is urgent or that we are not on to something, consider this. The website which launched this event has been monitored by judges, lawyers, politicians and media of all kinds. A family judge placed a gag order on it which was removed when that judge was sued in New York Supreme Court. Law enforcement have used the information here to obtain criminal prosecutions, and posts have been appended to agency reports.

Prior to the gag order in 2016 we were getting shares in the thousands for such demands as psychiatric evaluations for all family judges prior to assuming office. The video above, produced by an NBC production crew chronicles the many judges who went to prison or removed for committing pedophilia, bribery and extortion to fix custody cases. Today we get only a handful of shares despite all this attention, and Facebook has rejected all but the above video on our new Page entitled, “Parent March on Washington.” In short, this is not only about reversing the erosion of parental rights, it’s about an erosion of all our rights.

Details at http://www.leonkoziol.com. You can also call the event sponsor, Parenting Rights Institute, at (315) 380-3420 or e-mail its director, Dr. Leon Koziol at leonkoziol@gmail.com.

FYI for those familiar with the shocking witch hunt against judicial whistle blower, Dr. Leon Koziol, events have now occurred which permit an application for reinstatement to the practice of law. This comes after a record nine years of license suspension without an incident of malpractice, never a criminal charge or child protection report, 23 years of unblemished practice, and a secretary influenced to orchestrate ethics issues in his law office. She was finally convicted and jailed in 2016 during the time of the gag order. This is no John Grisham novel. It really happened as detailed in the book, Satan’s Docket: Corruption and Carnage in America’s Divorce Industry, available on the website.
